Hi is anyone seem to be waiting a Looooooong time waiting for their goods going through Australian in particular Melbourne customs right now? i have been waiting for 1 order almost 2 weeks now!

I have never had an order delayed by customs , normally takes a day at most, out of 5 orders. Also in Melbourne. Are you sure it is delayed by customs? Is that what the tracking says? It is normal for most orders to take 2 to 3 weeks to get here and also normal for tracking not to update for weeks. Often the sellers use bulk shipping and then local reshipping arrangements, and there may be no updates till the local reshipper starts moving it. If it is actually stuck in customs for weeks, then I would be concerned, but you should be able to work that out for sure from the tracking.

Sorry to hear that, hopefully your seller reships. I was super stressed about customs when I first ordered given that Australia has a reputation for customs being strict. After a few successful orders I stopped worrying about it. Maybe I was right to be paranoid. I would love to know what the seizure letter says. In theory they could charge people for importing nearly anything on the average Chinese sellers list, the legal status of most peptides is not in any way "grey" in Aus , but I assume it must be rare or there would be more stories about it online.

Just my last checked the letterbox and there is a seizure letter from Australian Border Force, now i will have to wait for a reship 😢
Keep us updated mate. Also down under and just ordered recently. Been bitter in the arse by customs a lot previously, even with innocuous purchases lol

Not much to keep you updated with, except now i'm waiting for my goods to be resent by vendor.

Hi, were there any other repercussions since your seizure letter? Have you bought more since and had any problems? This is my third purchase and it’s been stuck in NSW customs since the 7th. The vendor is happy to reship, but just curious if you had any other issues..?

Ive just had a seizure, no letter yet but its only a matter of days before I receive it. Ive researched this topic and worked out that my address and name will be flagged with customs.

Yeah, im waiting for my letter too! A bit of chat GPT’ing tells me I can legally import if I a) have a script dated before shipment (which I do for sema), and b) no more than 3 months supply. I bought 5 kits comprising a mix of sema, tirz and Reta so don’t think I meet that requirement. I will try argue anyway 😁
Is your vendor going to re-ship your order?

Yeah thats a hard case to argue, but its worth a try.

Yesh they are going to re ship but I am changing some details and postage service to hopefully increase my odds.

As far as I know, I read a fair bit about Australian rules 6 or 8 months ago, this is correct but you also need to apply for a permit to import prior to importing them as well as have the prescription for it to be legally ok here. There is no good reason why it could not be done this way but I do not know a lot about the permit process. Sourcing them from non traditional medical sources could be an issue. There are official websites that describe what is required.
At that time I had not discovered this forum or cheap chinese peptides so was trying to find a pharmacy in the UK that would post here, as it was less than half the price there for tirzepatide, and I was being prescribed it. Would not have worked for long as Trump harassed the British into doubling prices anyway and sent hundreds of Brits to this forum.
I really hope this is not a trend of customs checking packages from particular places in China or whatever method they use to detect and block imports of peptides.

I agree, I hope this is not the beginning of a trend. I’m not holding much hope to be honest, and now starting to worry if my reship will come through…

By way of update, received my seizure letter today. They have not tested what they received and have classed it as a prohibited HCG hormone instead. Not sure, but this probably gives them more enforcement power and can have more serious consequences for me as it is now not just a TGA issue. Anyhoo, I’m too chicken to try a reship. I have enough to keep me going for a little while and will maybe attempt another small order in 6 months or a year. Pretty bummed TBH, but I suppose this is the nature of Grey.
Would be really interested to hear from those Aussies who have had successful reships or subsequent orders if the same has happened to you?
I was so happy to find grey and it meant I could continue with tirz and maintain my weight ongoing (my GP will not prescribe beyond me reaching my goal weight).

Your GP needs to read the research. But realistically that is probably not that rare an attitude, even if it is basically completely wrong.
Have you not got a friend you can get it sent to instead, if you don't want it reshipped to your address? I have seriously never heard of them prosecuting anyone for small scale peptide importing and I have actually read through some of the cases the TGA took against people, on their website. Essentially everything is prohibited by the TGA without a script and permit, The only things I can imagine them getting excited about and maybe prosecuting for would be opiates, stimulants, benzos and maybe steriods. Or importing for a business or at scale.
I bought exactly one script of tirz in Australia hoping I could get it to last 4 to 6 months, where the $690 price tag would be a bit less extreme, so I really hope customs are not getting interested in peptides. Given that the pen only lasted a month. Paying that much on centerlink benefits is totally impossible.
In my experience most of the vendors post them in bulk to a local reshipping agency ( in Aus ) , which in theory should make it less likely for customs to intercept them. As far as I know this is why they do it. The vendors are not going to talk to you about this though. I had to work it out from the very weird tracking info plus chatgpt. Uther posts via DHL which is super fast - 3 days but I guess it does not guarantee customs won't be checking it.

So I ordered Feb 25th. Got the package photo Feb 28th. Tracking number March 2nd and it arrived March 11th no dramas.
Gonna do another order in a fortnight 🙈
So happy for you! My first ordered so far has been waiting in customs since Sunday last week. My very first order too I ordered so small. I'm scared to order again. I only ordered 3 boxes maybe I'll remove my b-water from the order. I don't know.

Such a pity the new Australian warehouses turned out to be pretty disappointing. Same company and stock list but different vendor names. Prices quite a lot higher , like 1.5 x the usual price, and no stock of anything basically, they say they are having issues getting their shipments through customs. Local resellers online are super expensive, but given fairly high legal risks here it sort of makes sense. I would be happy to pay a bit extra to not have to worry about customs but more than 20% extra is a bit hard to justify given I have had 7/7 packages arrive. And obviously they need to have something to sell, not one or 2 items.

7/7 wow! That's amazing !

The local warehouse options don't seem to keep anything in stock anyway.

I’ve heard having bac water gets flagged more but that doesn’t really make sense to me 🤷🏼‍♀️

Yeah my first grey order was through an Aussie warehouse when they still had stock of what I wanted. I was paranoid about customs so it was my gateway order you could say.

Apparently its possible but not for sure.. but it can show the parcel to be more medical with liquid. So cross fingers if I get this new one through without it. Did you get b water with yours ?
