Drop Your Numbers

Ho hum . . . so many success stories. I remember back in the old days (2 years ago) when all of this success was amazing. All I can say is thank goodness success is now boring.
Honestly, that’s probably the best sign of all. Two years ago this stuff sounded almost too good to be true, and now seeing success stories constantly is becoming normal.

At the same time, I never want to forget where I came from either. It’s easy to get used to the progress and stop appreciating it. ❤️

GW 220?

I'm a 6 ft, active male in early 40s. Have been through several cycles of weight loss and gain, but never tried any peps, drugs or even supplements really before this. The only other thing I take is 5mg creatine daily. I have also run a couple cycles of wolverine for injury recovery. I tried IPA/CJC once before I went on tirz, but my cycle was interrupted by injury, so I couldn't work out and didn't really get the most of it. All of this was via a local doc / compounding pharmacy, excited to be moving into direct purchasing and controlling my costs.

Would like to get to at least 220. I have previously been as low as 210 after a big cut but I found it hard to stay there. I'm sure traditional docs would say I should aim for 190-200, but I have a naturally big frame and don't think I want to live the way I would need to in order to get there 😂 ... but we will see how it feels when I get to 220, I may keep cutting or just try to focus on recomp / maintenance.

I am currently on 7.5 mg tirz and thinking of either adding 1mg reta and/or running another cycle of CJC/IPA.

Congrats to all on improving your health and approaching your goals. Happy to be on this journey with you.

Starting Weight: 446
Start Date: Late January 2025
Current Weight: 285
Height: 5'11
Age 38m
GLP-1 journey: Compound Semaglutide-Compound Tirzepatide-Zepbound-Grey.
Dose: 15mg Tirz. Briefly tried Reta in the fall. Currently looking into stacking or higher dose tirz, following the 20/25mg trials Eli Lilly is doing.
446 to 285 is crazy work. That’s not just “good progress,” that’s completely changing your life in a little over a year. This kind of progress changes every part of life… Mobility, energy, inflammation, confidence, even just existing day to day.

You’ve basically been through every phase of the GLP-1 world too( Sema, tirz, Zepbound, grey, even testing reta for a bit. Staying consistent through all that is the hard part and you clearly did.

161 lbs down at 5’11 is massive. At this point I’d pay attention to how you feel just as much as the number on the scale. Easy to get caught chasing the next drop when you’ve already come this far.

Respect. That took a lot of work.👊

Week 5-6:4mg Reta 1x per week.

33 lbs since March is moving quick. Sounds like the Reta/Klow combo is working really well for you so far. 👍

Just make sure you’re keeping up on hydration, protein, and overall energy levels with it coming off that fast. Keep us updated on how the higher Reta dose treats you over the next few weeks.

Start weight: 229
Current weight: 139
Timeframe: Oct 2021→ Apr 2023 Goal
I have stayed at 139 for over two years by stopping GLP’s until I gain 5 pounds then I start again until I lose that 5 pounds.
Maintenance: 10-15 mg tirz for 1 month every other month or when I have gained 5 pounds
That’s honestly one of the better maintenance approaches I’ve seen. You found a system that keeps you in control without feeling like you have to stay full blast on GLP’s forever.

And holding 139 for over 2 years after going from 229 is the real success story. Losing weight is hard, but maintaining it long term is where most people struggle. Clearly what you’re doing is working for you.

Keep up the Awesome work! 😎

Start weight: 228

Timeframe: Dec 17 to Present
Protocol: 7.5 mg Tirzepatide weekly, 1.5mg GHK-CU daily

29 lbs down, about 50 more to go!
29 lbs down since December is huge!
Keep showing up for yourself and the results will keep coming. It’s wild how quickly life can start changing once things finally click.

How are you liking the Tirz + GHK-CU combo so far? Noticing much from the GHK side yet?

Start date: March 27 2026
Start weight: 244lbs

Current weight: 222lbs
Goal weight: 165lbs

Protocol:
  • First 5 weeks: 2.5mg Tirz /week.
  • Starting from week 6: 2.5mg Tirz + 1mg Reta /week.

Planning to stay on this dose for as long as possible. Once I hit GW I will experiment microdosing for hunger suppression but no weight loss. Around that time I will probably start with other stacks to focus on longetivity and biohacking.
This is the kind of approach that leads to long-term success. 22 lbs down since March while keeping doses low and steady is awesome progress.

I also like that you’re already thinking beyond just weight loss…Maintenance, longevity, and overall health. That’s the mindset that usually keeps people successful long after they hit goal weight.

You’re doing great. Keep going.👊

Thank you so much for the response and i totally agree with your suggestions and should’ve provided some context to my post but your suggestions confirm I’m on the right track with it.
I was plateaued on Ozempic for 6 months with any weight loss and my blood sugars/A1C not improving to where I’d like as type 2 diabetic. My pcp wouldn’t entertain increasing dose or moving to Zepbound so i decided to do my own research.
Since starting Reta I eat 200g of protein, drink 1 1/2-2 gallons of water, 2 servings re-lyte electrolytes daily. I hit the gym 3-5x as well as get in 4-5 jiu jitsu classes a week so that has helped with quick shedding of weight.
Reading thru all the experiences and journeys on this forum has been such a motivation. Keep up the great work everyone!!!

I think I'm liking the GHK-CU so far - my main goal there is to avoid loose skin from the weight loss and help with some inflammation. It's only been a few months but I have noticed skin seems more plump and harder to get the needle through!

I titrated up slowly and ended at three weeks of 15mg. The 15mg gave me the most side effects but it got me to my goal. I just moved back down to 12.5 last week and am going to start slowly moving down to find the balance of calories and GLP-1.

Hahhaaha! At nearly a year in it is a little personally less exciting that it used to be. Still fun though, it will be a bittersweet day when i hit goal weight for sure.

Hey there!
That’s a massive change in a pretty short time. Going from 330 to 218 takes consistency, even with the meds helping. The “I only eat because I know I should” part is real too…That appetite silence can be wild when you’ve spent years fighting cravings. You’re getting close to that 190 goal already. Your journey is amazing; And an Inspiration to me, of how far you’ve come!

Did you start with Tirz or Reta at the beginning?

70 lbs in 8 months with Reta. I actually started in September, but didn't get the scale until October. I've changed my goal from 200>195>190 lbs. Almost there. I've been as high as 12 mg weekly and I'm now at 10 mg. I'll add Cagri if more appetite suppression is needed, but I haven't yet and I respond great to Reta.
Hey Chili, what’s up!👋
70 lbs in 8 months is incredible work. Sounds like Reta has really clicked with your body, especially if you’re still responding well while backing down from 12mg to 10mg. The moving goalposts from 200 to 190 says a lot too.

Once you start feeling better physically, the mindset shifts… You’re close now... Finishing strong while keeping things sustainable is the win!

It's like it was made for me. Very few sides and even then they were mainly in the beginning. My appetite came up a bit going back down to 10 mg, but it hasn't stopped the weight loss, which was a happy surprise.

Don’t drop too low before our R140 arrives! 😃😃
Have a Great Week!!

So my PT wants to do a body recomp at maintenace diet (2500kcal) with high protein, low fat and high carb but I wanted to test how much I can drop my carbs without messing with my weight training performance.

I dropped from 300g carb to 120-130g and I immediately lost 4lbs in two days.

How is your performance, did your energy levels go down?

Not at all!

But know that I am on 7.5mg reta per week CJC/Ipamorelin 250mcg and 2mg tesamorelin per day, and now 2mg BAM 15

Whew, the success stories are awesome! Big congrats to all 🙌🏻
Myself, I have battled the bulge my whole life. 5'3 female, highest weight was 240. I've bounced between 240 and 150 for so many years.
Started Tirz journey in January of this year and my current weight is 123. My goal is 110. That would put me dead center of the healthy bmi range for my height.

Start weight: 175
Current weight: 161
Timeframe: 12/28/2025 to now
Protocol: 3.5 MG of Tirz & 2.5 MG Reta - split so that I alternate every 3 days.

Love that I am at a healthy weight for the first time in forever (lowest weight since Middle or High School).

I also lift 3-4x a week and run 3x a week.
