Top three most useful and useless peptides?

I read all of you and pt-141 is on both best and worst list. And mt2 is on lot of bottom list but I heard lots of people saying it's works like crazy. Why those contradictions? And for sleep its hard to know which from DSIP or epithalon is better ...

What was your experience with Tesa? I just received some but am on the fence about using it now. I seem to read a lot of mediocre results, and lots of comments that you are better off just running HGH...
I'd also like to know as I am considering Tesa along with Reta.

1)Tirz
2)Semax/Selank
3)GHK-Cu

I’ve dropped twenty pounds in a month, the energy I get with a calming sensation, and my skin feels amazing and my hair is getting darker! Boom!

1)Kisspeptin
2)Tesa

Not sure if these bottom two have done anything yet.

It didn't make either of my top three because I loved and hated it for different reasons. I did do a 4 month run of MT-2. It absolutely does get you tan with minimal UV exposure. It also highlighted any and every skin flaw, moles and freckles popped out all over. Old scars that were previously not noticeable were really noticeable while I was taking it. I still may get back on it in the future but I will only run it during summer.

Reta will be your workhorse either way. One of the reasons I chose the Tesa route is that I didn't necessarily want to just 'take over' my pituitary by smashing HGH directly; I like the idea/safety of pulsing my own production. Sure, it's still possible to get to supraphysiological using the secretagogues, but somewhat more difficult, and yes, not quite as effective.

It seems half the peptides people use might possibly do absolutely nothing at all, yet the anecdotal evidence just keeps coming; this is maddening to process. I myself take klow, AD5, BB10 and do not have a clue as to their efficacy. I can feel the reta for sure, and I think the tesa is doing good work but the rest...who knows.

I'm going to list:

Best:

1. Reta
2. Tesa
3. DSIP (maybe)

Useless:
1. AD5
2. KLOW (maybe)
3. DSIP (maybe)
I am doing a test with KLOW and will report back in two months.

I think Reta/Tirz/Sema should be top 1.

My top 3:
1) Tirzepatide/Reta
2) GHK-Cu (healed my injury in almost no time)
3) NAD+ (makes me sleep like a baby with colourful dreams 😅)

Less useful:
PT-141 - the only effect I get is a bit of nausea at the dose 1.75 -2 mg, tried twice. I desperately want my libido back 😭
PS I am a female in early 40.

Put on NAD under Top 3 as 3rd and its 💰

I'm still working on finding out.

However, I will say my

TIRZ has did it's thing so far.

Will add more later

Top:
1. 5-Amino 1MQ
2. Tirz
3. CJC-1295

Bottom:
1. NAD+
2. Glutathione
3. PT 141

I love that Reta really seems to be king. I'm really enjoying my experience on it. Sema on the other side is bottom of the barrel personally, I had so many adverse side affects on even low doses.

Top
1.Tirz
2. PT 141

Bottom
1. Reta (It doesn't work for me at all - have tried from many different vendors, no use)
2. AOD

I edited to add, I find using PT 141 - in 2mL water, 80u of the stuff in order to get an actual reaction - anything less and nothing really happens...but perhaps that's just me. Have given it up, even though it was working: too much extra effort 🙂

Best:
1. Reta
2. Sema/ Tirz (the OG of stopping the nervous ticks/ nail biting/ etc)
3. Tesa/ Egrifta
4. MT2
5. TA-1 (for me, great immune response) + Thymalin
6. Testagen (this is an all or nothing but gosh it works for me...I take low does encolomine which increases my natural testosterone production, the testagen may be pushing better efficiency here)
7. Weekly Cardio and daily 19minutes a-la-carte resistance training & sleep
8. Cargi. Knocks me down for 24 hours but is an amazing food noise killer.

Meh:
1. Semax/ Selank -Nada (SQ or Nasal)
2. Mots-C -Super allergic
3.
DSIP, total joke
4. Oxytocin. Too strong, temp benefit, no real value
5. ARA-290
6. Pinealon - no sleep help

I loved it. It sparred (and increased) my muscle mass while losing fat on Reta. Seeing the definition while losing was a real motivator to work harder. As an athletic female with limited knowledge at the time of running that protocol, I didn't go full HGH merely from ignorance. Now I would try it, but cautiously, as I have had some issues with other GH compounds that I never had with Tesa (I'm looking at you Ipa).

If I was looking for max results, I'd run HGH & Test. Cyp., even as a woman. I'll continue to cycle Tesa regularly though as it worked for my biology, and I'm not seeking to maximize. Steady strength gains, less tendon issues, less ravenous hunger, and not blowing out my pituitary are fine with me. 🙂

Individual biologies react differently to various compounds.
  • DSIP was useless for me, as per my Oura. I'm a great deep sleeper though.
  • PT-141 did nothing but cause extreme flushing and nausea.
  • In only eight days of the lowest dose of MT-2, I developed moles and patches of melasma-like hyperpigmentation all over my face and trunk that have not gone away months later. I also developed a new asymmetrical and flat, textured mole on my back that now needs to be biopsied. As a female who was only testing it for research, and who doesn't care about the erection benefits that the boys care about, it wasn't worth the melanoma risk, or the reduction of facial beauty. The nausea and general malaise suck too, but those subside after a few days.
As far as which is better for sleep, it depends on what you want, and what works for you. Epitalon gave me the best sleep of my life. I awoke refreshed every single day with vivid dream recall.

Best:
1. Reta
2. Tesa
3. Epitalon

Useless:
1. DSIP
2. PT-141
3. MT-2
Personally speaking idk how you can put MT-2 under useless. As the palest white boy you’ve ever met, I have the first tan of my life and I for sure feel a little extra kick in the libido as well. But that’s just my personal experience.

PT-141 is the same way but much stronger.

Oh, it'll tan you, but it was detrimental to my skin and made me uglier. It caused hyperpigmentation and new moles to form, one that actually needs a biopsy.

I should've clarified. It's not useless as a compound, but it is useless to me, as it was too much of a vanity and melanoma risk to use with my biology.

So funny about the wide opinions on PT-141 and MT-1. Both have been incredibly useful to me and produce reliable, impressive results that put them #2 and #3 on my best peptides list.

PT at 1 to 1.5 mg absolutely does what it's supposed to do...better than the two most famous ED meds. MT-1 requires sun exposure for tanning (MT-2 reportedly can tan without sun). It's also photoprotective even before any tanning. MT-1 has been literally life-changing for me because I take long-term doxycycline that makes me highly photosensitive. And first on the list is Tirz...down 110 lbs.

I don't feel anything with NAD, and yet that's another one that other people rave about. That's why we're "researchers" I guess.

I read somewhere thyroid issues can render it ineffective or not as effective, i think.
Ding Ding we have a winner and this is why I come here.

Long story short. 8mgs Reta. Took SS31, Fox04 and Epitalon and felt better but still not right. Watched some videos of several docs interviewing Dr. David Brownstein talk about iodine deficiency in America. Iodine sets straight T3 and T4 among other things. Started taking 2 drops a week and have lost 6 lbs in six weeks on the same exact diet that got me nowhere. 18 more to go.

My blood tests had shown perfectly fine T3/T4 levels but apparently those tests don't tell the whole story according to Brownstein. Up to 4 drops a day now and have tons of energy but still hunger noises. It's better than having no weight loss at all though.

I can't believe the lack of love DSIP is getting on this thread... It works for me - not a sedative but completely fixed my wonky circadian rhythm from night owl to normal.
I am mew to the scene, so I haven't tried many but here it goes:

Top:
1. DSIP + CJC no DAC - excellent sleep
2. KPV - inflammation and pain relief
3. Mots-C - good clean energy

Not my favorite:
1. AOD-9604 - Not sure it does much
2. Kisspeptin - Not feeling it do much(?)
3. Epitalon - it
gave me a sore neck and leg plus horrible insomnia!💀

Might try that my t3, 4 and tsh are low normal and i lose a pound max a week. Then nothing for 2 weeks and then a lb.... I'm glad it's working for you brother. Id throw in 5 or 6mg tirz for better hunger control.

I’m still in my beginning stage for most peptides, some have worked immediately and others nothing yet, but it’s easily days. Based on that:

Top 3
Cag (immediately stopped my food noise and suppressed my appetite)
NAD+ (had my first dosage this morning and omg the fatigue lifted and I feel like doing physical work to burn some energy - super low dose too)
GLOW mix (almost 2 weeks in and the usual aches and pains I’ve had throughout my body for years are at least 60% better/gone).

I won’t list my ‘bottom 3’ as I’m still in the early days with them, but:

Ret: I’m 3 weeks in (only pinned first dose of cag a few days ago) and up until Cag I felt like it wasn’t working much, I dropped a very small amount of weight but I was starting to feel it was more like a placebo of me being on it and eating healthier? I was still craving and smashing food like normal, only noticeable effect was I stopped craving energy drinks.
KPV: sadly, no noticeable difference yet. Maybe 5 days in?
GLUT w/ vit c: I’m sure it will be effective, first pin this morning but OMG THE STINGING PAIN. Not sure if I’ll make it through my vial with that amount of ouch.

As stated, I haven’t been on many of these for that long and I know a fair few takes weeks to start taking effect, so I’m not writing those last 3 off, just not noticing much yet (and not expecting to either the glut but by golly it fkn hurt 😭)
