I went out to the PGB board and someone had posted this question. Mod answered that it did have adamantane in it. Might have to try it.

I’d look forward to your experience, like first few days in, full week, 2 weeks, 4, etc. I am very intrigued by this one but for whatever reason, terrified to pull the trigger on it. For some reason, not bothered by the Pinealon/NA Amidate versions of Semax and Selank, subcutaneous cycle I’m on now.

The problem is that there are two variants of this stuff. Regular p-21, and p-21 adamantane, and apparently, some sell the two interchangeably and the real adamantane stuff is expensive and it is a nootropic.

This is why I call the non-Adamantane P21 SLUDGE.

• P21 Adamantane (578 Da): This is the high-performance version. It survives the journey from the nasal cavity to the brain more intact.
• Base P21 (382 Da): This is much more fragile. Without the adamantane "shield," a larger percentage will be broken down into inactive amino acids before it can promote neurogenesis.

And I will have both versions when it gets here. One was $80 a kit, the other was $200, which is a good deal.
