Enclomiphene Experience (12.5mg): Higher Test, Better Recovery, Leaner Build

$80 for Enclomiphene Citrate Solution (12.5mg/mL, 50mL) from Chemyo, which I understand is a reputable vendor. It doesn't taste good, but I've been taking 6.25mg (0.5mL) for 10 days without any problems.

Eventually, I might do trt. I'm only 39 and do a lot of traveling. I'm sure with more time, I could come up with more excuses.

Dosing more frequently (eg daily or every other day) can help with this. Some people do subcutaneous rather than IM injections to make the frequent injections less difficult to tolerate. Subq has been shown to be equally efficacious.
 
I pin daily sub-q but my hematocrit still rises too fast. Will lower dose even more to see if this lever helps.

Hopefully lower dosing will be helpful but if not, regular blood donation could help you and others.
 
I just did a blood donation and it crashed my ferritin. Sore large joints, sore quads, out of breath easily, restless sleep, and headaches. But all other blood work is great. Now doing iron infusions to get ferritin back to and am sure that will drive up red blood cell production. Vicious cycle as I seem to be sensitive/hyper towards red blood cell production.

What’s your current dose and test level if you don’t mind sharing? Also, are you tracking your water intake?

140 Test Enanthate divided into 7 injections per week. 1370 total/290 free. So I have room to go down. I seem to respond better to Test E as Cyp at 200mg didn’t get close to these numbers 585/99 but to be fair I was only pinning 4 times a week and not daily. But being a longer acting ester I thought forsure the trough would not be so low.

All pharmacy released from my insurance company as they have their own pharmacy. Not UGL

3-4 liters a day with electrolytes - 2 packs of LMNT.

How high did your hematocrit go? It’s interesting you were able to develop polycythemia even in the presence of iron deficiency.

Hematocrit was 54 and I had the symptoms too or I would have denied phlebotomy. I had a ferritin of 34 when they took 500mg of blood. I asked for half but hematologist was insistent on full 500mg. Now I am crashed and struggling. Joint pain and physical fatigue is whipping me now. Wired but tired.
 
Cool, I am very interested in getting on Enclomiphene. My doctor wont prescribe and hope to find someone that would. I think they were going to refer me to an endocrinologist to get evaluated but the Medical System in New Mexico kind of blows.

Am I going to die?

Been pretty horny the last two days and noticing more energy especially in the mornings.

Why in the world do you need a doctor to prescribe it? Just get your labs done and buy some lmao

A doctor is more likely to fuck up your hormones by giving you a false sense of security. In reality most doctors and hormone clinics either don't know how or have no interest in interpreting your panels beyond "that's in range" or "that's out of range"

Doses to increase fertility are higher than that so I doubt it'll kill you.
May not do much to increase your T though, just from my experience.

HCG can oddly have that effect. I have no plans to have any more kids. Been on test forever and will be until I go. But every once in a while, I run HCG for a few months. Some people really like the effect they get from it.

I take 250IU every 4 days, just enough to keep the boys around. I'm just funny that way.

I got great T boost but actually started experiencing symptoms of high E2. Random sadness, very puffy. I got Arimistane, which is an unregulated AI. Everyone on reddit said it is bad at lowering E2 but it literally took be back to baseline.
