All orders are being shipped in an orderly manner.


Refunds are handled separately by another staff member, and I always follow up with them as soon as possible.


In the end, everyone has received their refunds and their orders.

Lol my story I posted on the other thread shows what happened and speaks for itself. I haven't received that order yet, and there are so many people awaiting orders and refunds from you from ages ago. Ridiculous!

It would be helpful if you posted a vendor review of your experience. Thanks for posting it here in any case.
 
Look guys, she had a rough spring, that's not arguable. I also think that she learned a valuable lesson about communication and "customer service". I am not a shill, but I have ordered from her reliably for at least the past year and a half with no issues. I had issues with an order a few months ago, the communication wasn't there, and it took way too long for the product to arrive, but it did arrive. Lest we forget, almost every vendor was have similar issues during that time. some just dealt with the communication better than others. I have placed an order from the US warehouse and we will see what happens. I will update the post when I get the product. My point is, she isn't a scammer, and doesn't deserve to be vilified, she does provide quality product and hopefully she learned a few things on the "after-sale" part of the purchase, and we will all benefit from it.

I ordered from her China warehouse 10/22/25 and received 11/15/25 and from US warehouse 6/1/26 received 6/6/26. There are 2 other times I tried to order and she did not see my discord messages before I had moved on to another vendor. I would not label her as a scammer, definitely agree on the communication and perhaps customer service issues. Hopefully recent woes are a learning experience for her, but we all have to remember it isn't Amazon, or a US based company with native English speakers. Go with your gut, but all vendors have their quirks!
