Var + enclo only? Am i r to the tarded?

Hello everyone!
Using reta and self hate i managed to go from 105 to 75kg in under a year, consequently losing most of my previously built muscle, and also retaining some fat.

How does a 10mg var 8 week + 8 week enclo cycle sound? Just for the recomp.

YES i know i should run test while on it, but i cant due to a 2/4 work rotation where any sort of vial of test would be VERY risky.

Currently running 1mg of tesa which i will be doing daily for the next 100days or so.

Opinions, experiences, advice?

Yes ill run bloodwork, no im not braindead.
It worked for me with zero lipid or supression and only minor liver impact. At 20mg though. However I would expect individual variance to be significant especially if you don't mitigate risk factors though exercise, diet and retatrutide. The most important thing is lab testing so you know where you're at.

It's worth a try. Just make sure the source is reliable and don't expect massive results.
 
Sounds reasonable to me. 10mg var raised my LDL and ApoB but my ALT, AST, and HDL were all fine. Test would be better, but enclo will work if thats what you are using. It is considered safe for both lipids and liver so it shouldn't compound any effects you get from the var. But everyone reacts different to different compounds, so stay on top of your bloodwork. I recommend taking omega-3, citrus bergamot, NAC, and milk thistle while on var. Maybe red yeast rice if your lipids go sideways. I also take glutathione to help with liver support but some people don't like it so ymmv. Overall it looks like a conservative intro cycle similar to the one I recently did. Keep us posted on your progress!

enclo- 12.5mg, var-10mg,[both daily], anast**ole 1mg once every 3 days, tamoxifen once every 7 days. No, I'm not supplementing liver. I started getting acne on my scalp so taking a break from var for 3 days now. Acne has subsided. Started var on may 14th
 
technically, you can do but I wouldn't suggest tbh. At least you can do HCG and Var short cycle like 6 weeks.

Yup, id like to not overdo the whole AAS thing. Literally just dont want to cause more mental damage from being weaker. Otherwise am a pretty well rounded individual, gonna use my brain during the cycle.

I want to try klow and ghk for injuries but my weird acne with anavar happens only on my head..it has subsided now.
Literally just dont want to cause more mental damage from being weaker.
I'm in that same boat, but I've accepted it as the cost of losing fat forever

You can definitely do this. 12 week studies showed only suppression using var not total shut down. 20mg was like 30%, 40mg was like 50% (if I remember correctly).

These were 1.5 times longer than your plan and used no test base or serms like enclo. You could run var solo then use your enclo as pct if you like. Don't listen to full on gear heads. You have different goals with why you aren't running test and I'm assuming aren't trying to be an IFBB pro.

So in my opinion, you should be good just dial in your diet, lifting, and get some tudca/nac/milk thistle etc for extra support on liver and kidneys. Don't drink any alcohol or eat any fast food. Probably get great results 💪
 
See where enclo you first before starting var if it only gets you to 800 no point in doing anabolics without a test base, if it were me I wouldn’t do ANYTHING without a test base and even with enclo that takes like 3-4 weeks to even get your test up . Also if you’re on here it’s not like you are afraid of needles why not just pin test tbh. ALSO ALSO MAKE SURE YOUR VAR IS VAR BEFORE TOU TAKE IT. I’m sure you are doing this because you want to get a little bigger but not shut down test fertility ect. If it’s a different oral you can mess yourself up. Final thought is please please please please please monitor your sides, mild gains do not outweigh having tons of floaters in your eyes or acne as a grown man.

Thanks for the great advice and info. Gonna supplement with NAC. Also planning to run klow which should help with liver health aswell as possibly preventing acne (doubtful ill get that at 10mg)

Im a very frugal guy, i know that my gym effort will go up just to not waste the money spent on var and enclo lol. Ill be looking forward to that, planning on doing this in a month or two.

I know some people look at AI as a bad thing, but sometimes, they're useful.

I would recommend you let ChatGPT/Claud/Gemini know exactly what peptides/compounds you're using and ask what kind of bloodtests you need to do to monitor all of them. Get ALL of them done including their recommended ones.

Fitomicslabs.com has cheaper pricing and if you get the "insider" membership, it's even cheaper especially if you're planning to get tested multiple times in the year.
 
Enclo doubled my testosterone from 650 to 1250, low supraphysiological level levels.

I ran it for maybe three months. I’ve got blood work if you want to see what it looks like while I was on enco 25mg daily (maybe it was every other day I don’t remember$
