Tinnitus when taking Tirz?

Anyone else get Tinnitus on Tirzepatide Dose Day/Next Day?
Recently I've had Tinnitus and I just realised it's whenever I dose... Like I can feel pulsing in my ear. Had my dose today and It just clicked that it always happens on Dose Day...

Yes, I have it since forever, but it gets way louder on jab day and the next day. I was searching a bit online to check if it was an official side effect, but it's not, although some people do report it. Surprisingly for some, tirz helped to get rid of tinnitus completely with progress in weight loss.

Ahhh glad to know I'm not the only one! It's only day 1&2. The second day is worst for me, always get massive headaches and fatigued BUT only when I moved to 7.5mg.

Alsooo took my first dose of tirzepatide today, switching from a pharmacy mounjaro pen. Soooo it's good to know I'm feeling the same side effects 😂 just proves the stuff is the same in the vials!

Same here, was on Zoloft and had tinnitus, now I’m tapering Zoloft and still have, after jab day feels more intense btw. Hope won’t last forever 🥲
