How often are you injecting GLOW?

Five days on, two days off. I've never had any type of pain or ISR with GLOW, but I know others do.
It burns like a MF for like 24 hours.
I don’t think I can do this five days straight to be honest

Do you have BPC-157 in your mix?
I haven't compounded nor started using mine yet ... but I have read to dilute the dosage when compounding... even if that means transferring to a larger vial and adding the rest of the bac water to dilute it more. People say that it really helps and you won't feel like you're pinning and pushing fire.
I don’t have larger vials so I’m going to dilute it in the syringe and see if it works
I think it might need more bpc-157. I didn't have luck with the 35/10/5 glow blend either. I get much better feelz from the 50/10/10 blend. Its harder to find premixed so I blend it myself
I added more bpc-157 to mine and it removed nearly all the sting.
Every time you puncture a stopper, you are going to dull your needle a little bit. You can get sterile vials pretty cheap. It might be worth the $10 if you are doing it long term. You can also add lidocaine.

let me share my recipe. mine doesn’t burn. I had chatgpt help me with math.
Step 1: Reconstitution
- BPC-157 + TB-500 Bottle:
- 5 mg BPC-157 + 5 mg TB-500.
- Reconstitute with 2 mL of bacteriostatic water.
- Concentration = 2.5 mg/mL each (2,500 mcg/mL).
- GHK-Cu Bottle:
- 50 mg GHK-Cu.
- Reconstitute with 1 mL of bacteriostatic water.
- Concentration = 50 mg/mL.
Step 2: Combine in a Mixing Vial
- Add both reconstituted vials into a sterile mixing vial.
- Add an additional 3 mL of bacteriostatic water to bring the total volume to 6 mL.
- BPC-157 = 0.83 mg/mL (833 mcg/mL).
- TB-500 = 0.83 mg/mL (833 mcg/mL).
- GHK-Cu = 8.33 mg/mL.
- BPC-157 = ~83 mcg.
- TB-500 = ~83 mcg.
- GHK-Cu = ~0.83 mg.

Twice a day; morning and evening. Anela blend ::
BPC /Tb/ghk cu mix. 10/10/50.
Her protocol says 6 weeks on 3 weeks off.
1.5mg each dose.
Longer needle (1/2 inch) and very fleshy part of the body sub q helped with welts and the delayed onset soreness I was having. That was lasting a week with bruising. Now - maybe 1 out 10 times it will hurt.

Did once a day for 5 weeks. I use 31G needles. Had itch day one on Glow 12cc of 0.31mg ghk+0.31mg bpc + 0.31mg tb500. Added bac to 15cc. No other issue but this is a very low dosage. Next batch 20cc injections, and 3rd batch at the end of cycle, 31cc of 1.5mg ghk+0.5mg bcp+0.5mg tb500. Was my first cycle.
5x as we week - ISR and pain stopped after 2 weeks. I think I developed a tolerance

Does anyone know why you have to take a break from Glow? The protocols I've read have you take a break but I think I missed the reason why.

I do 100/20/20 with 3ml of bac 6u is 2mg/400mcg/400mcg. I do 2x a day, IM, I'll run this for 4-8wk, I'm trying to heal an injury. The only reason its 100/20/20 and not 50/10/10 is because my GHK is 100mg vial and I didn't want to split it up. I take Zn twice a day.

An update from me::
I HAD to add lidocaine Epi because the pain I experienced was lasting ... and I was getting bruises that lasted for weeks.
Now I add 1ml lidocaine Epi and 2ml bac to the 50/10/10 mix and ALL of that pain and bruising has stopped.

I hadn't taken glow for a few weeks. I noticed I had about 1 dose left in the bottle and my back was feeling pretty sore after a hard day so I took it. It was 20% more than my usual dose. I woke up with no back pain, but that glow stung for a good 18 hours.
