I made some big orders and never ordered from her before. I sure hope my overexcitement doesn’t screw me. I got tracking numbers next day too. I hope she’s legit.

this is what i am going with on next cycle:

Basic SS-31 Cycle (General Health & Mitochondrial Support)
Dosage: 5-10 mg subcutaneous (SQ) daily
Duration: 6-8 weeks
Break Between Cycles: 6-8 weeks off
Considerations:
Take on an empty stomach for better mitochondrial uptake.
Pair with Lipo-C, B12, or CoQ10 for enhanced mitochondrial function.
Combine with low-impact exercise (walking, bodyweight training) for best results.

I picked up mots from pgb, saved me $20 shipping because it pushed me over the $300 so that made it a better deal. Its just chillin in my fridge until I find a deal on SS-31. I was planning to titrate up on the ss-31 but needed the gear to do so. My last SRY order is taking forever and it took me 4 tries to place an order that they actually had in stock AFTER I sent the funds....so Im gonna let them get their tariff customs inventory wiggled out before circling back that way. I'll probably cop from Nexaph. His slu-pp has better reviews than other vendors too.

what is the deal with the IC50 for SS31?
i've got SS31+MOTS-C in the fridge ready, peptide pens arrived yesterday for fill and chill session

I planned for 'protocol one'
SS-31: 10mg/day for 20 days {200mg}
then
MOTS-C : 5mg M-W-F for 4 weeks {60mg}
followed by 1x weekly dose for another 4 weeks {20mg: total 80mg}

the J&H show from BioLongevity Labs been preaching low-dose
MOTS-C – 5mg 2x per week on Monday and Friday (Jay and Hunter like SS-31 at 500mcg daily too)

i wanted to put up what i shovelled into Reddit

went back to one of the original studies, and found: 3 mg/kg/day ELAM
using NAIR [0.08] : 24mcg/kg

for my weight that works out to ~3mg/day (2.707mg)

i'm considering a quarter research protocol w/long-tail something like this:
SS-31 90 days _200mg_ wk 13 weeks
SS-31: 1mg/day for 7 days {007mg} 01
SS-31: 2mg/day for 7 days {014mg} 02
SS-31: 3mg/day for 49 days {147mg} 03-09
SS-31: 2mg/day for 10 days {020mg} 10-11
SS-31: 1mg/day for 7 days {007mg} 11-12
SS-31: .5mg/d for 10 days {005mg} 12-13

(looked fine in my editor, sorry about the formatting foo)

any/all comments, criticisms, recommendations appreciated

You could just get it over with and do 40 mg for 5 days :D.

But seriously, the Achilles heel of SS-31 is the expense of higher dosing, which prevents more anecdotal reports in that regard.

We know from human studies that 40mg/day is very well tolerated, and even that dose was not effective for one study (involving a rare mitochondrial disorder, which would require higher dosing than in healthier persons).

I personally would never go below 2 mg a day, even for titrating down. Like with titrating down prednisone with dogs, I would rather do every other day dosing rather than anything below 2 mg since that is such a low dose already. The International Peptide Society seems to recommend a whopping 200mg/day on their website, but I still wonder if that is a typo.

Prices are fair for single vials and there are payment options other than Crypto like Paypal, Zelle. She has mostly Nexaph and Uther as well as PGB. I like to try peps before committing to a kit. Also, my husband is really conflicted about peps, not trying to have a kit of stuff he decides he doesn't wanna use after 4 doses. Just thought I'd share since it can be tough to keep track of vendors since pages and groups get poofed. I have quite a few single vials in my cart, Ill report back once I order.

Hi, new to this forum. Does Deb third party test from sites she buys from and then sells them? Or how does she work?
