I started 12/27/23, a year ago tomorrow. I just went up to 15mg this week. I split my tirz dose q 3.5 days. I also added in cagri 0.3mg weekly first week of Nov, in-between the split tirz doses. I did give myself a long time at the...
Could be a new rep. I'm not sure since this was my first order from QSC. Below is the email chain where the last one I received I was told they do not have SOL for USDT, only ERC and TRC. Being new to this I didn't want to take the chance on just sending to the USDC SOL hash I was given...
I did specify payment "USDT on Solana" when ordering, and they replied with "USDC on SOLANA" payment info. Being only one letter off I might not have noticed if I was in a hurry, but I'm glad I reviewed carefully before sending. When I replied that I had USDT not USDC, that's when I was advised...
Just a PSA: While placing a Christmas promo order, I was advised by a QSC rep that they currently only accept USDC on Solana. For USDT, they only support ERC20 and TRC20 networks.
This is my first order with them, so I’m not sure if this has always been the case. This may not be news to anyone...

Been trying to lose weight since I was about 8 years old. Always struggled. Had RNY gastric bypass at age 21 in May 2000 at 300 lbs. Lost 145 lbs with that to weighing 155 lbs and stayed between...
Surgery did zilch for my food noise and appetite. Other than physically restricting the amount of food I could eat (literally only a couple of tablespoons in the beginning), the constant screaming in my brain for consuming more food never went away. Just needing to taste it even. It's been over...
I had an RNY May 2000. Lost 140 lbs and stayed within the same 10lbs for about 8 years and then slowly started regaining. Eventually got back to, and surpassed starting weight by 30 lbs. I started tirz Dec 2023 and am now just over halfway to my 160 lb goal again. Total lost since starting is 67...
UPDATE: Holy appetite supression! Since about 24 hours or so after injection, I'm feeling it. No food aversions, no nausea, no fatigue, or anything else. But the feeling is like I know food is there, but I just don't care that it is. I don't know if I've just got a hearty constitution or what...
Most optimally a pH of 4-5, yes. Mine tested at a 6, which means it will likely degrade a bit faster, but I'm only using for 4 weeks and keeping it in the fridge. I'm not worried about it and I don't want to mess with trying to add any acetate or citrate to make it more acidic for likely not...
Just sharing my own experience with this one as it is new for my RS starting today.
Current research: 12.5 mg tirz split q 3.5 days. RS at this dose for 10 weeks.
Research hx: Tirz started 12/27/23. No other GLP-1 used. RS has used brand, compounded, and AP L60. For all sources: zero side...
I'm currently at 12.5mg split weekly and I have:
Tirzepatide brand (Zep) 10mg x 6 boxes
Tirzepatide 60mg x 2 kits (minus 1 vial currently using)
Cagrilintide 5mg x 1 kit (haven't started)
ETA: Tirz (all sources) has been working well for me with zero side effects. I started brand 12/27/23...
I didn't make the chart but the second 3 looks to be a typo and is your missing 5. Deductive reasoning!
ETA I found a corrected chart and switched it out on my post.
Regarding rating pain on 1-10 scale, I agree it's not very helpful unless patients rating their pain have the same understanding of what the numbers mean. Just asking for a number from 1-10 without definitions means everyone correlates the pain they are experiencing to the scale differently.
It...
Adding my experience to yours since I also have the L60 (shipped 8/28/24). I pH tested as well. I posted my info in a different thread; links below:
ETA: I just injected the 3rd time this morning (I split dose 2x week), and same experience on all three with not feeling anything from the...
