Ive been doing this for over a year and began with brands then moved to overseas. Nothing stops my ridiculous anxiety.

Ok, interesting. I have the Resmed Airsense 10. I dont think mine has the mini-Card but Ill have to check for sure. Id also like to know where Im at with no CPAP usage at all without paying a bargeload for a sleep study.

Do you do a sleep study every so often or are you tracking Apnea events another way? I also have it and use a CPAP but Id like to know how much it has improved with weight loss.

I have to agree with Gonk. If I dont get 60-80 ounces of water a day Im "dehydrated" and not feeling up to par.

I have fewer headaches and in conjunction with Botox from my neurologist Im doing better than before.

Ya know, I attributed it to being thin but I am forever cold on Tirz. There is not enough heat in the world for me. I have a heater blowing hot air on me in my office and I wear a sweater and still cold. Its June! Theres a high 90s heat wave coming this week and I couldnt be more thrilled.

I have diarrhea from Tirz. Because Im usually constipated without it I actually appreciate this side effect, lol. I definitely make sure Im ultra-hydrated.
