I just do tums, and it always works. I do however think that taking too many tums will eventually lead to bowl movement issues/constipation, and for that I use MiraLAX.

Dude, have you ever heard of Cagri? I would just gradually start cagri also and stay same on Tiorze at 5mg. You got to start slow on cagri as some people report somewhat severe side effects. I felt no side effects when i started Cagri. Probably do cagri 0.25mg first week, and titrate to 0.5 next...
