I would pay attention to the stomach issues. I know ozempic is fairly cheap but I'd start checking into some other glp1.

I am going into maintenance with about 10-15 more lbs to lose slowly..My highest dose with tirz was a few 7.5 doses after around 6 months of 2.5mg and 5mg. I plan on going off totally....do keto only.... while I'm resetting....then after around 6 weeks of no shot....low carb to none I will start...
