  12. 🧠Adjusting your brain to your new/changing body 🧠

It took me two years of tracking and calorie counting to lose as much weight as I’ve lost on tirz in a year. It was basically a full time job
  13. 🧠Adjusting your brain to your new/changing body 🧠

I don’t share shit. “Have you lost weight?” Gets “Nope, I wish!” I’m as guilty as anyone. I see people I work with that are clearly on glp1s and good for them. It’s helping them immensely. There’s one lady that shows all the signs of pcos and I hope it’s really helping her
  14. 🧠Adjusting your brain to your new/changing body 🧠

The worst part about it is there’s just no winning. If you’re fat you’re lazy. If you lose weight you took glp1s to do it and you’re lazy lol
  15. 🧠Adjusting your brain to your new/changing body 🧠

I was 275-280 when I started not quite a year ago. Yesterday I was 212 or 214 I can’t remember. To be out of the over weight category I’d have to be 190 or 195 iirc. I think my goal is probably 200. I’ve been 195 after two years of calorie counting and it would be pretty hard for me to get back...
