    Injectable l-carnitine

    I just did my first loading phase pin IM into glute. Zero PIP. Dosing 364mg 2x/day during a 2 week loading phase, then down to 500mg pre workout. Loading phase recommendation is 200mg per 55lb of body weight. Sourced mine US domestic via Researchem.
