Vendor/Supplier Rules

The following rules apply to forum sponsors, advertisers, and vendors/suppliers:

ALL VENDORS

GOOD CONDUCT: Vendors must conduct themselves in a professional, ethical, and businesslike manner at all times.

EDITING/DELETING POSTS: There is a 8-hour time limit to edit threads and posts. This policy exists due to past instances of vendors changing the terms of an offer after-the-fact. In extraordinary circumstances, if a vendor has a specific and valid reason for needing to edit a post or thread after that time has expired, they may request an edit from staff. However, the preferred way to handle most corrections or modifications is to post a reply clearly identifying and explaining the change. Under no circumstances will a post be permanently deleted; it will only be archived.

PROHIBITED CONTENT: The following are strictly prohibited in all vendor threads, posts, advertisements, and discussions (including images, attachments, and linked content):

  • Any use of trademarked and/or brand names.
  • The use of images or graphics containing trademarked or brand name products, including those that closely resemble such products.
  • Discussion and/or sale of AAS, SARMS, PEDs, HGH, and similar products is prohibited. Vendors may include such products on attached .pdf or similar price lists if they wish; however, these products may not be openly advertised or discussed elsewhere on the forum.
  • Fraudulent, altered, or redacted test reports. There is zero tolerance for this type of behavior.
  • Posting photos or screenshots of communications with customers (even if customer information is redacted). Such posts rarely add value and often reflect poorly on the vendor.
  • Any other content, products, or advertising that administrators or moderators deem inappropriate.

VENDOR INTERACTION: Vendors are prohibited from interacting with vendors from other companies in all public activities. Do not post or comment in threads posted by, or discussing, other vendors. This forum is not a venue for inter-vendor conflicts.

DIRECT MESSAGES: Due to past abuse involving unsolicited messages, vendors are no longer permitted to initiate new direct messages to members; however, replying to messages received from members is still enabled and permitted.

SALES & PROMOTIONS: Sales and/or promotions must clearly display starting and ending dates and times, as well as any applicable terms or restrictions such as minimum order price, MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity), fulfillment time, exclusions, or limits.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION: Vendors are required to keep all customer information private at all times. Violations of customer trust, including but not limited to the disclosure of private customer information (doxxing), will not be tolerated.

POST CONTENT & QUALITY: Vendor posts must contain high-quality content related to products, promotions, test results, etc. Posts consisting of tracking information or customer reviews are prohibited. "Bumping" posts are limited to one reply post per day, per thread, and must not contain the same or similar information (such as repeatedly posting contact information) as previous posts.

PAID/INCENTIVIZED REVIEWS: Vendors are prohibited from offering any form of compensation whatsoever in exchange for reviews. This includes payments, discounts, free product, store credit, or other incentives. Reviews obtained through such means are not permitted. Vendors found offering or promoting incentivized reviews (whether here or elsewhere) are subject to a permanent ban.

LANGUAGE: Vendors may post in multiple languages for the benefit of global customers; however, all posts must include all information in English in addition to any other language. In the event of disputes related to translation or interpretation, the English version will prevail. Vendors who are not fluent in a customer’s language are encouraged to take extra care to ensure accuracy and avoid misunderstandings.

GUARANTEES: Vendors offering guarantees of any kind are expected to honor and follow through on all such guarantees as stated.

SHIPPING POLICIES: Every thread must include clear disclosure of all shipping policies, specifically including shipping times, pricing, and vendor policies or guarantees related to delayed, lost, stolen, or seized shipments, replacements, and re-shipments.

PAYMENT METHODS: Available and accepted payment methods must be included in every thread, including any conditions or requirements that apply to specific payment methods.

REVIEWS: This forum includes a review section, and members are encouraged to post reviews of their experiences with vendors, whether positive or negative. Vendors understand and agree that such reviews may be unfavorable. Administrators and moderators do not suppress or edit review content that reflects a member’s opinion. In cases involving factual disputes, administrators may require presentation of proof and may edit or suppress content that lacks sufficient supporting evidence. Vendors will be given the opportunity to respond; however, all review-related discussions must remain civil and respectful.

REVISIONS: Because it is impossible to anticipate every situation, administrators and moderators may apply their best judgment when addressing issues not explicitly covered by these rules.

TERMINATION & BANNING: Vendors found violating these rules, other forum rules and policies, or engaging in unfair, deceptive, or fraudulent business practices are subject to immediate termination and banning. No refunds will be issued, and there is no right of appeal.

MARKETPLACE VENDORS

POSTING RULES & LIMITATIONS:

  • PERMANENT THREAD: Marketplace Vendors are allowed ONE PERMANENT MAIN THREAD for routine discussion and for sharing product information, price lists, ordering details, test results, and related updates.
  • PROMOTIONAL THREADS: For special promotions, vendors may post a maximum of ONE NEW THREAD EVERY 7 DAYS per promotion or sale. After a promotion concludes, these threads will be moved to a designated archive sub-section and closed to further discussion. Promotional threads must contain special promotions/pricing and must not be used for routine posts that belong in a vendor's permanent thread.
  • REPLY FREQUENCY: Unless responding to member inquiries, replies are limited to one reply post in each thread daily. Excessive posting results in members using the ignore function and creates an appearance of spam posts. Excessive posting is prohibited. Vendors who make excessive/reptetitive posts are subject to additional posting limitations such as extended time between posts. See the section above on POST CONTENT & QUALITY for more information.
  • MULTIPLE SALES REPS: Posting rules and limitations apply to each vendor company. Vendors with multiple sales reps are required to coordinate posting activities to ensure compliance with posting frequency rules and limitations. Having two (2) sales reps does not mean that a vendor is allowed to make twice the amount of posts.
PREMIER VENDORS

POSTING RULES & LIMITATIONS:

  • DEDICATED FORUM & THREADS: Premier Vendors are assigned a dedicated forum section for exclusive use and may post up to two (2) new threads per week. Posting additional threads may be allowed under exceptional circumstances, and requires administrator approval in advance.
  • REPLY FREQUENCY: Unless responding to member inquiries, replies are limited to one reply post in each thread daily. Excessive posting results in members using the ignore function and creates an appearance of spam posts. Excessive posting is prohibited. Vendors who make excessive/reptetitive posts are subject to additional posting limitations such as extended time between posts. See the section above on POST CONTENT & QUALITY for more information.
  • MULTIPLE SALES REPS: Posting rules and limitations apply to each vendor company. Vendors with multiple sales reps are required to coordinate posting activities to ensure compliance with posting frequency rules and limitations. Having two (2) sales reps does not mean that a vendor is allowed to make twice the amount of posts.
BANNER ADS

IMAGE SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Format: Images must be provided in .jpg format.
  • Size: Images must be 650px wide x 100px high. (See example)
  • Mobile View: Images should remain legible when displayed at reduced sizes on mobile devices.
  • Link (URL): Banner links may point to your website, a forum post, or (with approval) a Discord, Telegram, or similar channel.
  • Default Link: If no link is supplied, the banner will link to your Premier section or Marketplace thread.
  • Display Dates: If a promotion has specific start and end dates, please specify those dates when submitting the banner image.
  • Best Practice: Maintain one primary or “default” banner image for periods when no promotions are active.

BANNER AD RULES & PROCEDURES:

  • Updates/Changes: Each vendor may change or add a promotional banner image once per month.
  • Active Images: Only one banner image per vendor will be active at any given time.
  • Display Time: All images are displayed equally. Display time averages 6 to 12 seconds depending on total images and traffic.
  • Display Order: Banner display order is rotated so each ad appears first at various times throughout the day.
  • Content: We reserve the right to exercise editorial discretion regarding banner ad content.

Finally, perhaps the most important rule for being a successful vendor here: MAKE GOOD ON ANY MISTAKES! Mistakes happen; what matters most is how vendors respond to, communicate about, and resolve those mistakes.
