I prefer to get reta over trez, but wondering if the chances of it being of lower quality is higher vs triz. My thinking is that since it’s not yet FDA approved the peptide manufacturers might not yet have perfected production lines for Reta as much as for triz. Any thoughts? I’m a noob.

No. Quality is good across the board. There's a high likelihood what u receive will be a bit stronger... ie ur reta 20 will be reta 23 and tirz 30 will be tirz 33

Reta has been produced on the grey market for well over a year now. The quality is fine. And if in doubt, get yours tested.
