I just started MotsC this week, but anecdotally, I felt a noticeable boost from it compared to NAD+ or even tesofensine, which is surprising.

I had the same issue with crystallization and solubility. A compounding pharmacist suggested adding some PEG-10, which I ordered and will probably try with the rest of my powdered NAD from science.bio. Apparently it is a safe additive for water-soluble injectables.

Mine did too, but they were slightly “off” so how can I know for sure it’s the dosage I ordered? Also, the caps are different from some of the linked Janoshik tests in my shipping email.

Did you notice any lethargy or energy difference when adding in Cagri? I honestly had no complaints with solo Tirz, other than tiredness. Thus, the current Reta and upcoming Maz research.

I have had pretty bad gas since starting Reta, but I only take 1mg at a time and still think it might be the sugar alcohol in my protein bars or my micobiome adjusting to the higher protein intake. You could do 3mg of Reta twice a week or go back to 1mg twice and 2-4g Tirz weekly. I am still...

For me, only Selank, passionflower and Magnolia Bark (Relora) supplements have helped induce sleep. But if taken daily, they don’t seem effective at all. Other than Magnesium, I believe anything we take for sleep should be cycled.
