Fyi, all the sudden the side effects of compound TIRZ hit me. But, it didn't start until 48 hours after my injection (whereas the ZepBound hits me 12 hours later).

My doctor switched from 7.5mg of brand Zepbound to 10mg of Compound Tirzepatide (Hallandale Pharmacy). Despite the compound being a larger dose, I can honestly the compound didn't help whatsoever. I have none of the usual side effects and no appetite suppression. Can you think of any reasons...

I did 1 month of 2.5, then 1 month of 5.0 on Tirzepatide. I've had some side effects, buy not too bad. I lost 5 lbs thus far. I'm less hungry, but definitely still hungry. Any thoughts? Do I just need a higher dose?

Zippy, you were 100% right on injection location. I injected in the back of my arm, instead of stomach this time. I have way more side effects. Ie, the med is working. Ty for your advice.

I wish to start electrolytes. But, the have Salt. I take Zep. Ie part of the goal to include salt??? I have high blood pressure, thus. Seems like a bad idea. Or, does Zep deplete my salt so much that I should still take an elctrolytes that includes salt? Trying to keep BP down.

Throughout the day (including when I wake up), when I find myself having to expell gas .... instead of gas coming out, small amount of diarrhea come out. In addition, I'm having more diarrhea throughout the day. And, sometimes O get up at might while sleeping to go diarrhea. Any suggestions...

UPDATE: I injected pen into back of my arm, instead of stomach this week. The next day I began to feel much, much fuller and now the medicine is working like it was intended.
