Couldn’t pH be confirmed by testing the reconstituted peptide? Seems like an easy way to check if it’s pH or something else. Seems that a small squirt on a pH strip would provide some clarity, or at least eliminate pH as a source of stinging.

This assumes that the tested vial’s peptide mass is consistent in every vial. Since they haven’t been tested, you don’t have any idea what the actual peptide mass is. Kind of a crap shoot and up to you as the user.

Couldn’t you load a pen and travel with an insulin “kit”? I guess it’s a risk if you can’t provide a script, but I’d assume most can since we likely started with compounding. I guess they still have risk, seems like less though if you can be creative….just thinking out loud.
