My label was created on 8/8, showed up in Chicago on 8/14, and was delivered to me 8/17. It came packaged in a very professional glossy skin care box with a padded envelope inside that box. The pucks in the vials were mostly intact. Some moved around and some didn't.

That's a pretty big stretch. Break the vacuum on the vial and then somehow break the powder into a smaller volume. I'd leave it alone.

Yes, the vials will hold 3ml of BAC water.

3ml of BAC water in the 60mg vial gives you 20mg per ml/cc/unit of product. For 10mg you would draw .5ml/cc/units. 6 10mg doses in your 60mg vial. Let us know if your vial is vacuum sealed. If so the vial will pull your bac water out of the syringe on its own.
