Your story seems similar to mine..
A few things that worked for me:
Diet- Lots of protein, chicken breast, yogurt, shakes, bars 120+ daily at 1200 calories
Lots of fluids/electrolytes: liquid IV, black coffee, lots of water bottles
Other stacks, SS-31, Lipo-c w/b12, Mots-C, Nad+
