Please help me get over my pen stress

I agree with all of you! My preferences however: I use longer and thicker pen needles, 8mm and 31g for the moment. Less chance of ISR in my experience, less sting for the spicy ones. For Reta and Tirz it's 5 to 6mm, whichever box my hand reaches first. The bigger the width, the smoother the...
  2. What dose of reta are you at?

Thank you. All I have is patience, as you can see; I stayed on reta for six months despite severe daily gastrointestinal side effects and no benefit at all. I already had a feeling it wasn’t going to work for me because my family has a history of severe insulin resistance leading to serious...
  3. 1 Month KPV Update

So great to read this THANK YOU! I’ve been reading up on KPV and I believe that will be my next pep. I have been on T1rz for 5 months and lost 30 lbs. I have had 3 back surgeries one TKR and major shoulder repair. I am too dang young to feel this old. Lol My knee still swells 3 years after...

    Restarting everything (except Tirz)

If I had to guess, I would say probably unrelated to the peptides and just a virus or something similar. If you start coughing and sneezing you will get a definite answer. The only peptides that definitely cause gi upsets are tirz and cagri, do not know how long you have been on cagri or dose...
  6. 1 Month KPV Update

That's awesome. I've been wanting to try it for acid reflux. I've been on the fence deciding between kpv and bpc157. I think I'll go ahead and order.

    1 Month KPV Update

Ok, now I am intrigued...:) I've got lower back pain from an old compression injury, and of late its been more inflamed...I have some BPC-157 that I am going to try, but this thread has me interested. I'll probably get some KPV and once I sort out the BPC-157, give it a whirl...(y)

    1 Month KPV Update

After 3 months on Tirz and making sure I was past all the side effects, I decided to add in KPV for it's anti-inflammatory potential. I noticed improvements in inflammation almost immediately on Tirz and wanted to see if I could optimize it even further. I am doing .5(500mcg) first thing in the...
  10. Can someone give me the TLDR on pens

I just took a brief look and I'm already overwhelmed. Does this show my IQ? 🥹 I should just stick to recycling my Sharps gallon container every month.... Do I get V1 pens? There are slims and regulars, brand names and not, different sized needles, different colors dammit. They all have...

Top three most useful and useless peptides?

What’s ISR? Also, can you elaborate on what you mean by epitalon working / keeping you going vs as if you never had it?

Top three most useful and useless peptides?

Top 3 1. Tirz 2. KLOW 3. GHK-CU I don't have a bottom 3 but I don't feel anything on MOTS-C except ISR. Perhaps I need to try larger dosing. And Epitalon worked well while on cycle but as soon as I stopped it was like I never had it (I was under the impression it's supossed to keep you going...

    Where do you inject yourself?

I pin tirz, mots-c, ss-31 around my abdomen, selank and semax back of my arms and ghk-cu in my flank. I've tried my thighs with most them, but I always get a burning and itchy ISR only around my thighs. So I avoid my thighs altogether.

503(b) Compounding Pharmacy ProRX Ceasing Production of GLP-1s after FDA Letter

You are amazing. I love that sub and follow it like a guilty pleasure soap opera. I gotta say your summary was a joy to read and made my morning. You captured the nuances, drama and humor of the compounding roller coaster perfectly. Thank you.

503(b) Compounding Pharmacy ProRX Ceasing Production of GLP-1s after FDA Letter

Thanks for this helpful reminder why I don't frequent that Reddit sub anymore. I used to be very active on that board, but it devolved after the March 2025 ban that never came to be. Lot's of mindless chatter. The post probably summed up weeks of reading 😂. Wouldn't happen to be Dave?
  17. 503(b) Compounding Pharmacy ProRX Ceasing Production of GLP-1s after FDA Letter

At this point I am still in that sub just to call out the Large Good Weight Loss guy out on his bullshit. He once sent me a DM to tell me something I said about him in a provider specific subreddit was a lie (it wasn't) less than five minutes after I posted the comment! I still can't wrap my...

503(b) Compounding Pharmacy ProRX Ceasing Production of GLP-1s after FDA Letter

Some lore since I'm still heavily reddit addicted and bored. So ProRx gets halted and they lose their minds. Don't blame them. Like I said, ProRx was the ONLY pharmacy I ever got compound from and I have 0 complaints. But then! One of the larger telehealth guys chimes in and is all, "No guys...

Reta histamine reaction! Has anyone had Reta have a histamine reaction with swelling with a large red area around injection site with itching!

Yes my reactions weren’t there with about first 6 pins but then every one after that but since moving to grey no more reactions but we shall see as weeks go by

Reta histamine reaction! Has anyone had Reta have a histamine reaction with swelling with a large red area around injection site with itching!

Localised injection site reactions are very common with semaglutide and tirzepatide, have not seen as many people online mention it for reta , but given the molecule is nearly identical, it makes sense for it to happen with reta as well. Too long since I read the studies to remember how common...

How LONG have you been on…? Peptide name, start date(time), grey? Go!

    Tirz - Aug 3, 2025 to present - telehealth compound pharmacy route. Weekly/5mg NAD+, SS-31, MOTS-c - Jan 1, 2026 to present - grey - 14 week protocol ( in the final week) GLOW - Feb 1 - Feb 21, 2026 - grey - 2mg daily ( wanted to see about ISR) Next up is IPA/TESA Followed by a KLOW/GLOW

    First KPV experiment

That's great that it works for you at once a week. I only wish. All the protocols I've seen for allergen-induced atopic dermatitis or eczema describe a 2-3 month daily cycle with 30 days off. It seems to be working for me. I'm taking KPV on top of a biologic and Clobetasol cream. I also had...
  23. First KPV experiment

Currently for me, I use it in two ways. My eczema is dyshidrotic eczema, and I find a shot every four or five days is keeping that at bay along with keeping my skin in better shape. It also corresponds to when I pin Reta and I use it to maybe/possibly help prevent ISR from the glp, which I've...

    Tips for minimizing GHK-Cu ISR?

I just started last Thursday. What did it for me to lose the burn? Reconned my ridiculously overfilled 50mg vial with 3ml bac water. Pin the side of my butt. My abdomen was horribly painful. My upper thigh didn't hurt but left a big welt. My side butt? Don't feel it. No lump, bruise or welt...

    Tips for minimizing GHK-Cu ISR?

Just an update in case anyone else comes across this post and is curious: I did the first injection and noted some stinging/redness at the site. Hard, slightly itchy welt the following day. For subsequent injections I have diluted with additional BAC water (per recommendations above) and...

    Tips for minimizing GHK-Cu ISR?

Hey all, First post outside the newbie threads, so let me know if I do any "no no's"! I am preparing to start GHK-Cu. Using to support hair/skin health as I continue my Tirz journey. I've heard that it is fairly common to have ISR (swelling, redness, burning) with GHK-Cu. I read that dilution...

    ↑ Concentration disadvantages?

Lets be honest....everyone knew I was referring to a standard 1ml insulin syr...lol Bahahaha I couldnt have said it better myself! I give 2 fks about jabbing myself with a needle, but a self inflicted liquid filled pocket under my fat is just eww...lol
  29. randompersonrandom

    ↑ Concentration disadvantages?

Yeah, I like to recon most things so that my volume is under forty units. I just get a gross out thinking about higher volume that is wholly in my head, imagining a big, warm pocket of watery soup hanging out in my fat. There are things that doesn't work for everything, and I read up on what...
  30. First KPV experiment

Maybe no one cares, but it's been six days and here's what I have noticed. Pain comes and goes with KPV so far. But I have a LOT of things that can hurt (herniated discs, FAI, partially torn rotator cuff, stage IV OA in one knee, the other knee is metal). I'm still a little puffy from...

    Filtering and contamination.

Still getting over it, but it looks like the worst is over for now. Two days after pin and it doesn't look like symptoms are returning which is so great. I only wish dysentery on scammers.
  32. Filtering and contamination.

Well now I'm curious AF. I was using compounded Tirz from a 'pharmacy' vendor, and I got intestinally ripped apart in the same way. I'm wondering if they obtained their supply from the same kind of place and sold it to me for $400. It started with a crazy ISR which no steroids or...

Inject peptides at 45 degree angle or 90 for subq?

I pinch and do 90deg for my Tirz/Reta as well as Klow with .5in. needle and so far no problems or Isr. Probably not the right way but seems to work lol.
  34. multiple pins same site ok or no?

Good point. This was another reason for me to track. I’m able to track ISR as I track the date and injection type between my Tesa and SS-31, my only daily pins.
  35. Foggy-Hollow

multiple pins same site ok or no?

Main concern is ISR tracking. If you can remember which is 5” from your hip crease and which was 7” you’ll be fine. If you can’t tell 5” for 7” then a slight ly more overt approach may be needed. I’m in the latter. Had to figure out if it was NAD+ or tirz giving me the mosquito bite.

    Ipamorelin + CJC 1295 experiences

I think its interesting that the cjc/ipa is moderate and tesa is strong flushing. Have you tried Zyrtec for the histamine response? A university near me offers dexa scans for $50. Maybe theres a university near you that would do something similar.

    Ipamorelin + CJC 1295 experiences

I'll try and answer all the questions in one reply! 1. Age - 45. I understand that straight GH would probably be better for someone my age, but I find that level of risk unacceptable, so no GH for me. 2. Hunger - yes, more than would be expected but for the secretagogues, but not intolerable...
  38. How many people do you think are going gray for their supply?

Yes, you can name them. And I was going to post the same thing today, so thanks for confirming it: The pink box/brand (Glutaone) is preferred over the green, even at Reddit. Because the pink brand is a better brand or less sting or whatever. Glow-Unique's website does not even bother selling...

    KPV and GHK-cu

I've seen many folks reference pinning GHK-cu with KPV; are you reconstituting in the same vial, or do you draw from separate vials into the same syringe? Her supplement protocol has her at 100mg zinc once daily, so she should be good there. Appreciate your experience and input!

    KPV and GHK-cu

I suggest mixing your KPV and GHK-cu to reduce ISR. I personally started with GLOW, but have the same concerns with angiogenesis and family history so now I pin my GHK with my KPV. 50mg GHK-cu, 10mg KPV, 3mL Bac Water - pin 2mg daily, 6 weeks on, 3 weeks off They say supplement with Zinc to...

    Anhedonia... that blaaaaah feeling.

what are you researching right now? Sorry I forgot is you've said it before.. I fully understand the need to be effective at work, and some people experience fatigue on Tirz, so that could be a problem..but I doubt it would happen at a micro dose, though I can see where you might be hesitant...

What is the strongest concentration that is ok for a vial of Tirzepatide?

Is the question about danger zone? Dying? ISR? Precipitates? or injecting large doses? Eli L. doses (5.0mg-15mg) are in 0.5ml. Yes, lots of liquid. 60mg/ml would be 10mg in .17ml. Not much liquid but is fine if you do not get isr's. How much sugar can you add to your coffee before it does...

    Mitochondria Repair

I can't figure out if it's spicy or not! No ISR, but it seems to hurt half the time, but not at all the other half. Ss-31 doesn't hurt, but it does itch for a little bit.

    Peptide burnout?

This is an important conversation to have with myself. I was using branded sema with very good results on both A1C stability and weight loss. Lost my ins coverage and stopped. Began testing in September. Have had zero effect pinning 1.7 1x/week. Tomorrow is week 3 test dose. I keep looking...

    Peptide burnout?

I've been stacking a very small dose of Survo (0.3mg per 6 days) against my 5mg of tirz. I do feel pretty uneasy about it. It did help with the fatigue I'm having on tirz, I think, but only a little. I think that on some level, I know that I don't have any business really screwing around...

Consideration: There is no "stopping" these meds.

Maybe it wasn’t dry. Maybe it’s because it was my first time. It was a 15mg that was tested 17.75, 17.15,17.58. Thanks I will try to get my numbers even so it’s easier pulling into the syringe. I only did 1 gm today because I wanted to see how I would respond. So far just thirsty
