    Legal chat: Are we co-conspirators?

A long time ago, I bought a couple handbags from a street vendor in Rome. I naively thought they were real. I learned upon my return to the U.S. and passing through customs that said bags were not real. They took them from me. That's it. That's all that happened. Years later, a then-BF had...

    Legal chat: Are we co-conspirators?

I've seen many cases involving imported and adulterated foreign pharma products; those matters are not pursued by the "legit" pharma companies but by regulators in some other context. For example... a med spa charging Medicare or Medicaid for bimatoprost (brand name Latisse) claiming it's for...

Pro se inmates are a PITA to litigate against, not because their claims have merit, but because they bring pure chaos by throwing everything at the wall and hoping something sticks -- and you still have to respond to it. Ugh, don't miss that at all.

    Addiction to incretin mimetics

This belies a misunderstanding of how these peptides and drugs work. They work on the same reward center of the brain not by providing a reward, but by inhibiting it. It’s the reward is what causes addiction. The inhibition of the reward prevents/treats addiction. The less reward you get for...

Oh, but he’s sitting next to a lawyer! And that lawyer is telling him he’s engaged in a criminal conspiracy! And yet, he’s still doing it? Ummm, okay. I’d have to link to law journals and conferences to back my ish up, and I’m just not in the mood to doxx myself. Because some pep people be...

That was my last and final response to that person, I put them on ignore as soon as I responded. So no, it doesn’t make me silly. But it sure makes you look that way by choosing that, of all things, to pick at.

    Legal chat: Are we co-conspirators?

Using the first response to an Google search isn’t even decent research. Peptides aren’t legend drugs. Peptides are ingredients in some drugs. Apples aren’t pies. Apples are ingredients in some pies. Apples are to peptides what pies are to drugs. Why don’t you ask the one sitting next to you...

There is also a difference between a research peptide and a drug, whether approved or unapproved. Just as there is a difference between a vitamin and a drug, or a supplement and a drug.

    Legal chat: Are we co-conspirators?

Pretty hard to prove a negative. Read the code. Read the case law. You’re the one making the claims of illegality, it’s on YOU to back that up. It doesn’t exist.

I think you mean that they are trying to reclassify their name brand drugs as biologics. That would have no impact on peptides in and of themselves remaining peptides.
  19. YoYoFat

    Legal chat: Are we co-conspirators?

These code sections do not apply to research peptides, vitamins, or supplements. Peptides themselves — what research peptides are — also aren’t drugs, medications, or pharmaceuticals. Common sense should make this clear to you, given the abundance of domestic single vial sellers of the very...

    Legal chat: Are we co-conspirators?

I’m an attorney. You’re wrong. There is no section of the code that makes buying, selling, or engaging in research of research peptides unlawful. Conspiracy requires an overt act in furtherance of a crime. If there is no underlying crime, no conspiracy. Full stop. Do not pass go, do not...

    Legal chat: Are we co-conspirators?

Nope. It is not illegal to sell, buy, or use research peptides. What's illegal is selling research peptides as if they are FDA-approved prescription medication intended for human use, like the Florida med spa lady who was selling pre-filled syringes of "medication" for pick up under her front...

What's the Best GLP-1 to purchase that has the least Side effects

Can I ask how much weight you lost before you came off one of your meds? I had 40 to lose, and was consistently elevated, sometimes Stage 1 on a white coat day. Before I gained that weight, I was consistently "normal" or even low.

What's the Best GLP-1 to purchase that has the least Side effects

Anyone noticed a change in their blood pressure from Tirz? Either higher or lower? I have major white coat syndrome and my home device isn't the most reliable, so curious what y'all have experienced.
  40. YoYoFat

Has anybody plotted out serum concentrations of tirz over time based on overlapping dosage at different spacing intervals?

Yes, I plotted out the difference between 7, 5, and 3.5 days. For now, I think I like 3.5 days best, twice a week to match the change of my estrogen patch. It keeps the serum levels high enough that I have all of the benefits, without the extreme peaks that cause bad side effects.
  41. YoYoFat

GYC shipping vials with zero peptides detected

No. That's a new gal on the scene. But I think PT has had a number of "0%" lately, which does make me wonder if it's a source issue or a testing issue.

Yup, this. Vials for a GB that was made in late October and received just before Thanksgiving are just now on their way in for testing. It'll be like mid-January before it's complete. I don't think I have the patience to do that again.
  44. YoYoFat

    Logostics of group buying/testing groups

You can (1) do a GB where the vials are randomly selected and testing and shipping to Jano/PT is included in the cost of the GB purchase, (2) can work with a group of people who all buy the same batch from a vendor, and work between yourselves to randomly select vials, send them in, and split...

Not that, but with a GB delivery today, it said that it had arrived in my city, then went back to the prior city, then back to my city. Had me nervous and furiously Googling why packages would be returned to Aurora, CO. 🤣
