I've used both R10 and T10 from Amopure with no issues (separate orders as well). I wonder if they just use a filler that some people are more sensitive to?
Funnily enough, the only time I've ever experience stinging and bruising is with name brand Ozempic pens... every single time!
I am the weird one out of the group and don't use a label maker! I have a side crochet business and always have scrap yarn around, so I tie a piece of yarn around the vial and then just have a note in my notes app to identify what each colour means lol.

The Anela Protocol has a note that says to take a daily zinc supplement when taking ghk-cu. From what I’ve read, ghk-cu increases copper levels in the body which can cause zinc depletion. I think there was another reason too but off the top of my head I wouldn’t be able to properly explain it...

I did tesa for a while. The water retention got pretty bad in the week leading up to my period - I especially felt it in my hands. I didn’t love it but it wasn’t unbearable. When I started cycling it 4 days on, 3 days off it was much better but I’m sure that changed its effectiveness.

Sema did absolutely nothing for me. I could eat and drink to my heart's content and feel absolutely nothing at the max dose. I think maybe once I felt a bit of heartburn but it could have been my imagination. I absolutely cannot do that stacking tirz + reta.
