Except China isn't really a communist country any more. Both India and China, in many ways, are more free economically, than the US. I will point out, however, that patent protections are expressly permitted by the US Constitution. "The Congress shall have Power . . . To promote the Progress...
People often do burn fat and gain muscle at the same time. Whether you can do so depends on the time of shape you're in. People regularly did so while on the TV show the Biggest Loser. Of course, the folks on the show had professional coaches and didn't have any other employment at the time...
You didn't mention an agreement previously. As to what you described previously, governments would contribute money to funding this research and it would be open source. Nothing stops governments from doing so already. But they don't. They obviously don't want to do so voluntarily. What you...
I can't give you the exact date because I'm currently away from the vials. I've been staying at my mom's house because she's been having health problems. I believe the expiration date was in 2026. I received the vials in November of 2024. I have every intention of continuing to use vials after...
Except what you described doesn't work. There is nothing right now prohibiting governments from funding that research and making it open source. Yet governments don't want to spend much on researching these drugs. When they do, the lack of profits helps guarantee that the money will be spent...
Here is a link to the Stairway to Gray vendor list. I try to avoid giving out contact information directly to reduce the risk someone else does the same and you end up getting scammed.
I believe, but can't prove, that if compounding pharmacy does stuff right such as filling everything in sterile conditions, etc., that what they have will actually last longer than they stuff I reconstitute myself.
Murdered? Probably not. However, you would be the object of many creative insults. Although I like you, I'd still probably laugh at them. Tracy is quite funny.
I have never heard of any issues as to Skye or Polaris other than price. (People with more experience, please correct me if I'm wrong.) That means you don't have to test. When I wanted to try reta, buying a small vial from Skye that I would receive quite quickly made sense.
I had read from someone else that they had ordered without having to send a medical license. I had already decided that I was not willing to lie to buy BAC water.
I started with the compound pharmacy, Red Rock, for tirzepatide. The stuff they produced felt just like the stuff from Eli Lilly that I had been using. Then I switched to grey. It felt the same. I'd be worried about a vendor whose stuff feels better than every else's. What special additive...
When I ordered, it was from Medex Supply. They said one would have to upload their medical license. I ignored that. I ordered. My order arrived. I didn't make any false statements. I have heard others report similar things, that the medical supply places say they require a medical license...
nono_12: PGB User Guide. SPC (Nexaph). Both will be less expensive than cantides. You might want to hang out here on this forum so that you can get opinions on different vendors.
When you buy from PGB, they include the BAC water. Although it's not Hospira, I have not heard anyone complain about the PGB BAC water. They contain far less BAC water than each vial of Hospira, but the Hospira gets thrown away with most of the water still in it.
I have not tried cantides. It's a reseller that uses a variety of different manufacturers. It charges a lot.
Amo has taken down their site. It's supposed to start a new web site soon. Traditionally, when it does that, it gets a new name, but the name always begins with Amo. What will...
Nice to see tirzepatide at less than 50 cents per milligram and reta for less than a dollar per milligram. For all this talk about custom seizures (which are real) and the problems in the Chinese market (which also seem to be real), the price of peptides that are already being sold continues to...
I gave my solution: the US pressures the drug companies to lower the price but says that anyone who really needs the drug (Ilet some experts figure that one out) will have it covered by their health insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid.
Eventually, generics will come out.
I was actually quite surprised with that title that people stayed away from the overly political stuff. That's good in that I believe politics has become so divisive that folks who'd otherwise get along start disliking each other as soon as the subject turns to politics. That would be bad for...
It says more, but it definitely says the that the US spends far more than all the other countries in the world for drugs and that without US spending, the rest of the world wouldn't get them. But then again we wouldn't get many of them.
There may be brilliant solutions, but even brilliant solutions won't make everyone happy.
I'm glad that we have a tolerant moderator. Usually a thread ban is all that a person gets.
There is no I guess about it. If someone makes a bad purchase and has the courage to admit the mistake to us so that none us will use that same vendor, that user deserves immense praise and thanks.
I thought it was of a bit of a tough sell to basically say nothing should be changed about the status quo, which has the US paying much more. After I found out that Eli Lilly contributed money, that also turned me off somewhat. However, the fact that the majority of drug profits come from the...
I have no leftover antibiotic pills. I take them according to their instructions, which is to take all of them. Would taking a few pills help solve the problem? Or would it help the infection that I got develop antibiotic resistance so that by the time I go to the vet, my infection is harder...
I basically agree. I don't pre-fill my needles because weighing the risk of pre-filling versus the benefit of pre-filling (which is none as far as I can tell), my scale weighs in favor of filling right before I inject. I'll defer to anyone with a scientific/medical background who disagrees with...
Yes, but that is factored into the price. For those criticizing Eli Lilly and Novo Nordisk, I'll quote from Philipson, et al., Policy Brief: Government Price Controls on Obesity Drugs (2025)...
I believe the majority of Americans who want to use GLP1+ drugs will be unlikely to try grey, thinking that someone terrible is likely to happen if they use grey. As a result, I'm happy that Eli Lilly has made their prices for those without insurance less outrageous.
