I haven't, but there are a lot of vendors out there where you don't need to ask this question about them. Look around the site a bit, go to the bottom of the front page and look at the vendor connection. You'll find lots of vendors that lots of people use so at least you know what you're dealing...

That quantity of tests from different individual orders is why I bought a kit from Amo. It was large enough that I felt like I could make a reasonable assumption about the overall risk factor and what I'd be getting ordering from Amo. Not sure I'd use them again though.
