Interesting. I find my noticable drops also happen day 2 after injection. I thought just water, but it’s pretty consistent week after week, month after month. Only a pound or two a week, but pretty steady. Down almost 60 so far.
My understanding is that sublingual b12 is as effective as other routes.
My last test my b12 and D were non existent, hoping my supplements are helping. Will know in a month.

So annoying. PayPal kept my crypto purchase pending for 5 days, I missed the group buy, and bit went down 15% in value. So I’m out $45 and didn’t get to place an order.
