survo + tirz is my current stack. I was doing Triz+Cargi and Reta+Cargi 4/days later as suggested by another board member. But I found its easier to do Triz and Survo on a more regular basis.

Well, "must" might have been a strong word to use. Its a good idea to use a filter needle with glass ampules. Just saying as a ER RN.

Also glass ampules must be drawn up with a filter needle, least you get glass shards in your syringe and then in your meat.
