so it's like on tv where you open a shipping container full of "flat screen tvs" and cut open the tv box and out comes a bunch of white powder.
your name may not actually be on the smaller parcel, if the reshipper just does the packing themselves based on some record of the orders.
is the...
I see vendors saying they have a "special line" for shipping that lowers risk of customs interception, but it takes a little longer.
does anyone know what this method is? is it ok to say it out loud here?
i am starting to think that i should have just adjusted my tirz schedule to every 5 days instead of supplementing with cagri. it knocks me on my ass for 2 days and kills my appetite for 2 days, i'm not sure it's a good trade.
but now i have 10 vials of 5mg cagri which is going to take me...
Noticed this on the couch today...sit at the end of the couch and put your arm up on the back of the couch stretched out. Push it down into the fabric and that will give you a nice fleshy bit squished out to jab
Stand in front of a mirror..put your hand behind your head so the back of your arm is exposed. Literally grab some arm fat with a chip clip or hair clip. Jab.
New low on the scale today, dropped at least a pound, and I didn't weigh in until after my protein shake and some coffee so maybe even more than a pound
I'm on tirz, I like it, I'm not thinking of switching. But I keep seeing that reta has better clinical trial results, and has a third mechanism of action. But I also see people say it doesn't have great appetite suppression compared to tirz or sema.
If it's not suppressing appetite, what is it...
Week 4 Update on tirz10 + cagri 0.25mg
this update is long and rambling, i'll go back and put some of the salient points in bold to save you time, dear reader:
I am pretty sure I wrote an update last week but maybe I forgot to post it. Weird.
This week the tirz 10 seemed even more effective...
here is a list of suppliers that do in bulk. i don't see much pricing listed publicly but a couple examples range from $10-$100 / kg if the list pricing has anything to do with reality, delivered to the port.

here is a study that showed giving mice a shot of an old glp1, exenatide, brand name byetta, which is the original glp1, derived from gila monster spit, before giving them adderall, made them get a lot less dopamine and get a lot less amped up on the adderall...
i have been noticing that adderall seems less effective especially as i've moved up to 7.5 and 10mg tirz. i can drink literally a pot of coffee and take 20mg adderall now and not get very focused.
I just went out to the deep freeze and looked at my sry t30 with red caps and c5 with yellow tops and all vials appeared to have a consistent fill level.
as others have said, getting it from an online pharmacy in a few days is probably out of the question. but if you have a valid prescription from a doctor, you might be able to get it quickly from a local compounding pharmacy in the city you're staying in. you'd just have to call them and see if...
i think the concern is that they've made it safe with their compounding process but the rest of us may not be able to replicate that process on our own
quick update that i was quite a bit more tired over the weekend on week 2 than i was on week 1. it seems to come in waves, for 30 minutes or an hour, i'm totally dragging ass. then i'm fine.
i still wouldn't call it intolerable but it definitely reduced my motivation to get up and moving...
I know not everyone is a scientist but if you are injecting this into your own body and this is a concern, you really should try to read and understand this: https://pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/acs.jmedchem.1c00565
maybe ask chatgpt to help explain the parts to you that you don't understand.
I did a fair amount of reading on this and I came to the conclusion that even if cagri could form these fibrils, it doesn't seem like they could work their way into the brain.
Update: Week 2 on tirz 10mg + cagri 0.25mg.
The tirz 10 from monday actually did a great job this week. Still good appetite suppression on Thursday morning when it was time for the cagri. I also had fewer side effects on tirz this week, not much nausea or spaciness, gastro was better. Only a...
electrolytes i'd say. but if nausea continues you can ask your doc for zofran. tell them you're on compounded glp1 and experiencing nausea, or if you are on tirz or sema from a compounder, ask them for zofran.
don't be THAT embarrassed because i got mine from sry. 5mg x 10 vials for $130...good price except for the possible lacing with deadly opioids good luck me
i'm joining XYaliX in getting our recent cagri 5mg kits from sry tested given the recent news. yellow tops. if you are interested in joining to defray costs, please dm XYaliX. would love to find another couple folks.
didn't have much nausea but the appetite was low. i took electrolytes via liquid iv, also a daily sublingual b12 and daily calcium + vit d. a little fatigue but not bad on days 2-4
Yeah if you want to switch just switch. But if it's because of results on tirz you need to increase your tirz slowly to at least 10 before you declare it a failure.
it looks like the guys who are selling oral tirz so far are selling it as dissolvable tablets at pretty small doses, like 3mg or 6mg, which i suppose you'd take once a day.
no pill form yet at 200x the normal dose that you can grind into subq...which is a genius idea.
wonder if that would be...
i doubt cost is a concern really, if they buy it by the kilogram they can get good pricing, and they mark stuff up dramatically. but they should be cautious about dosing at 200x the normal amount or whatever, without knowing the potential side effects or consequences.
Some of the online outfits are starting to offer oral tirzepatide as an alternative to subq injections. I've seen everyone jumping in immediately and saying that's just a scam, these providers are sacrificing their credibility, etc.
I've done approximately 5 minutes of internet research so far...
i am picturing all these CCP agents running around to do the "crackdown" china agreed to to appease the US over something or other and just stopping by each chemical company, looking around, pulling up the nonexistent website, and saying "well i don't see anything illegal going on here! move...
it does seem coordinated to me in a way. the indictments were done months ago but unsealed last thursday. last monday is when lilly sued the handful of domestic peptide places i think. that's impressive that Lilly's got the FDA, DEA, and DOJ doing their bidding against compounders, medspas, and...
my order of tirz and cagri arrived last week. i'm still deciding myself. only cracked open one vial of cag so far before the news hit, good news is i didn't die from the first dose.
my personal view is the risk of any cross contaminated (tirz laced with deadly opioid) is small and you could...
Today is tirz 10mg day. I would say that the cagri 0.25mg did a fabulous job getting me through days 4-7 of the tirz cycle. i had good appetite suppression all weekend, although by monday i didn't feel much anymore. I also had increased fullness, I could only eat small portions.
very little...
the indictment sort of misrepresents the use of it. protonitazene is a potent opioid all on its own. it's not an ingredient of fentanyl. i think sometimes the drug labs combine it with fentanyl maybe but it's also a bad drug on its own.
i was almost ready to have a little sympathy for sry this...
I want to point out that the substance sry is indicted over, protonitazene, was only placed on the PERMANENT controlled substances list in April of 2024, but it has been on the list as a temporary item since april of 2022. This is just regulatory red tape - the DEA is allowed to put substances...
Yeah I get it.
I read the entire indictment. The truth is they got indicted for ATTEMPTING to supply a banned chemical to a US agent 15 DAYS AFTER IT WAS BANNED.. and also they originally said they could not supply it. And the agent also deliberately chose an amount that was a little over $10k...
I also understand they've outsourced their direct to consumer operation to a third party pharmacy...in Canada you're probably buying from a retail pharmacy but if you go direct, some issues still possible
