I just read that. I do 15mg tirz every 5 days. I rotate sema,tirz and reta after about 2.5 or 3 months. With the new study I'll be comfortable going up to 4mg sema maybe even 5 but that's it.

Whatever is best for you... personally I go higher mg. I'm not the best responder and weigh 240 so on reta I started at 4mg and made my way to 8mg in a few months. If you started at 2 or 3mg, a reconstituted vial would be used in 4-6 weeks which works. Odds are you'll titrate up so that kit...
