I’ve done that. It works well, but you need to be careful. I added 2-5 units per 3ml cartridge. You have to remember that too much lidocaine can affect your heart, and if you use lidocaine pain patches, even OTC, it adds up. But I found that adding KPV negated the need for lidocaine.
