Ephedrine is still accessible OTC as Bronkaid. Technically pseudoephedrine, but I think it works the same/close enough.

It sure worked for me when I was on it decades ago (for ADD not weight loss). I would go all day and forget to eat. Definitely not ideal for sure.

Adderall is a bad weight loss med too at least it doesn’t destroy the heart valves like Fen-phen did ..….. phentermine is an atypical amphetamine not a true amphetamine like adderall and still not that great for long term weight loss

my resting heart rate is 130 this morning after 2.5mg reta over the last 3 days 0.5,1.0,1.0. If you're going to do reta start really low. You can always add more the next day if it does nothing.

Phentermine is a controlled substance, our beloved peptides are not. Lilly does a lot of business in China so they may be able to exert some influence, but they'll never be able to stop it entirely. The same way Pfizer fought them over Viagra but the world stayed hard.

Don't know. They sure did do some damage on trying to get phentermine from across the water 15 plus years ago. Didn't stop everyone I still have a reliable source for that so if there is a will there is a way. Those love letters from federal agencies sure do suck.

In terms of energy, if you wanted a bit more boost of weight-loss, I have found phentermine to be a great addition to my tirz. It is a stimulant and therefore has a limited lasting effect after a while, but it also keeps me well energized. Obviously not something that ever needs to be taken, but...

I tried it the 250mcg from limitless, and it was way to stimulating for me. Similar feeling to phentermine or modafinil, I had some agitation and insomnia. Good appetite suppression but overall not a fan - didn't finish my bottle and will probably just throw it away.
