A 120-day stability assessment of Hospira bacteriostatic water under three storage conditions.

Peter Magic (the man behind Janoshik) has said a number of times that he believes BAC is unnecessary from the get-go and that you could just use sterile water. He's tested the sterile water and found it to last quite a long time. So generally speaking, it feels like BAC is great to use for...

A 120-day stability assessment of Hospira bacteriostatic water under three storage conditions.

I don't know that this is necessary "good" news. People are using BAC for months then using the reconstituted peps for months longer. It's not bad by any means, but you have to consider time from first using the BAC to finishing the reconstituted pep. It seems like after 90 days the degradation...

    No COA

I just got two peptides delivered from a vendor listed here of which all intensive purposes is popular and seemingly safe to use. One of them was tested as part of a private group testing between 3 individuals and checked all boxes. The other one I got hasn’t been tested and there actually...

I recon with 3ml bac water and then draw up another 25-30 units of bac water before injecting. The first time, I'm not gonna lie stung bad for 2-3 days. Each one was less and less and now I do not even feel it anymore.

I’m giving a few vials to a friend who will reconstitute at a later date so they don’t have to buy any BAC. Bill

    BAC Water Storage for batching.

Can you explain why you would do that? BAC officially lasts 28 days after opening of course most ppl go beyond that , as far out as 3 months. BAC is not expensive, why would you put 3ML in a vial and set it aside for Tiez? Not being critical, trying to understand.

Sterilize (not disinfect, sterilize) empty vials + vial parts with a pressure cooker. Boiling is not enough - spores survive. Pressure cooker at 15 PSI for several minutes gets it just hot enough to do the trick. Can use autoclave indicator tape to confirm sterilization conditions did in...

    GHK-Cu Fears

I noticed a sting the first and second time I used it, but I didn't even pinpoint that it was from the ghkcu at the time. I haven't had any issues since and I don't and never have diluted it. I take 2.5mg in 5 units of bac water daily with zero pain or issues. I usually draw it up in the same...
  12. Dedicated Hospira Bac Water Updates

They throw out tons of perfectly good bac water. I have family that work in a hospital setting, she has sourced all her bac water for GLP use from a brand new case (never even opened the cellophane wrap on it) that was thrown out due to expire date being up.

This is exceptional thank you for the highly technical response, especially on sensing when the BAC water is past its useful date. Obv tougher to judge with no medical guidance from telehealth pre-FDA approval, so this really helps. Thank you again 🙏

I took my first pin of Glow two days ago in my upper glute area. No problem. No sting. Last night took the second in my inner thigh fat. One hour later the spice started. It hurt like a bitch and it still aches 24 hours later. Tonight I added more Bac to my syringe and went back to the glute...

    Dedicated Hospira Bac Water Updates

I often wonder if the combined effect of the 28 day BUD and bottle printed expiration date is causing this issue- This happens so often... I, like many people, will use a bottle well past 28 days...even 90 days Last year I saw them selling expired Hospira and the veterans were buying it like...
  17. Best practices freezing & thawing to reconstitute?

The powder isn't frozen because there's almost no water left in it. It's just cooled down. Even though the peptide wouldn't be at much risk if you added the BAC water right away, I prefer to let the vial return to room temperature. I place the vials on a small metal tray for 30 minutes to an...

For that Glut sting, try drawing in a little more BAC Wtr after pulling in dose. Then let it come to room temp before pinning. Worked for me anyway.

    GHK-Cu Fears

I've been pinning 2mg of GHK-cu daily for about 10 weeks now. I do the extra bac method (I add 3ml to the GHK to recon, then add that and another 3ml to a larger 10ml vial, and then transfer to carts for my pen). Since I use a pen, I prefer not to let it get to room temp (that would mean getting...

Seconding what's already been said, you can also let it come to room temperature after drawing before pinning to help with the sting. That being said you may have no reaction at all like my partner. Everyone is different. Personally I use an 8mm needle in my glute (upper outer quadrant sub-Q)...

    Reta tolerance or degraded?

Based on what I’m seeing, my vial is definitely degraded. Reconstituted Reta with BAC lasts about 28-30 days when stored properly in the fridge. I'm well past that, which means I need a higher dose that isn’t as effective to feel the minimal effect. Larger vials, unless you're doing larger...

    Selank / Semax questions

I just want to say don't ever buy the cheap nasal sprayers on Amazon. I tested with tap water and the amount of sprays per 10ml was random. The worst is eventually they broke, all six, the nozzle in the tip broke off and hit the ceiling really hard. That would be bad if I were actually using...
  28. Bac water

Please do report. I ordered 1l of gentek from India yesterday, 25€ for water and 35€ shipping lol. Overall worked out pretty good price with adding some tada to it. I ordered hospira from Canada in January too and still not delivered, they have such long delay.
  29. SVT810E

    Reta tolerance or degraded?

The thing is that we do see significant degradation sometimes occurring even before the 60 day mark with reta, it’s not as hardy as tirz, but there’s a difference between “purity low enough this isn’t ideally safe for human consumption” and “purity so low that it causes a loss of drug effect”...

    Bac water

Almost half of the generic drugs in US come from India. So its not like this is some underground lab BAC water. We all have our own risk tolerance. I personally feel safe with genetek bac water. Shit I used vendor bac water for first few months with no issues until hospira cult scared me...

Cheapest HOSPIRA BAC water (as of today: 4/19/2026)

That's why I jumped the case for $270. Screw it. Doubt it be enough for my stock pile. That's 750ml, so good for 3ml in 250 vials. I'll likely use 2ml in the R30, so the pins are 5.3mg vs 88mg. No clue, but it's pure and the chosen BAC. It's all I've used.

Cheapest HOSPIRA BAC water (as of today: 4/19/2026)

I saw test reports a couple of days ago for Medex TM BAC that showed 53.1 EU/mL endos (1590 eu/bottle). Though the number might not concern a lot of the community, they claim the BAC meets non-pyrogenic standards and meets USP guidelines, which it clearly doesn’t. I’m sticking to Hospira as well.
  35. Reaction to HGH

Regarding HGH, some HGH vendors are just better than others as far as excipients. But Hospira should do the trick. For refrigerating after opening, just remember to shake the BAC before each use:

T120, why such a large amount in a single vial?

You could also just freeze a vial and then try it. That's how I know that both tirz and survo freeze fine. I'm currently working on my very last vial of compound that I froze in the fall, forgot about, and just started using in April. It's working just fine.

T120, why such a large amount in a single vial?

I have seen this image several times now, but I have still never found the source of it. Today I watched over two hours of interviews with Peter Magic and didn't hear a thing about freezing reconstituted. Lyophilized, yes. I know it doesn't mean he hasn't said it, I just haven't found it yet...

    Tirz twice a week ?

Thank you so much. An hour ago I have pinned my first dosage of 3,3 mg grey tirz. Not because I wanted to pin 3,3 but just because of constituting 20mg in 3ml BAC in place of 2ml by mistake ;). I can also pin 90 units in place of 60 with my pen in order to pin 5mg. But I don't want to inject...

    Type of BAC Water

You have serious problems if your Bac is over 28 days old! Your not doing enough peps. ;)

    Type of BAC Water

People claim that all the time, yes. Some even do the math and subtract the days BAC has been open from the usable dates for their peps. I was seeing a lot of "about 6 weeks tops." If the BAC had been open for 2 weeks, then the pep is used for max 4 weeks. Read recently from here that the 28...

How do you guys mitigate the cost of Bac water

I don't think expiry date of BAC water anything more than commercial is, as long as it is kept in small bottles, not subject to air from outside or contaminated by a not sterile needle. For instance expiry date for an eye ointment is not such long and the statement on the box says that it must...

How do you guys mitigate the cost of Bac water

Maybe get a higher paying job? You’re already saving hundreds (or thousands) on the peptides themselves. Don’t lose the forest for the trees over $11 water.
