Looking for long term Amopure users feedback

I would caution against ideas like "effectiveness". There is no "better" version of a peptide. I'll also throw in my standard caveat that the "purity" in lab tests you see don't mean what most people think. Its a measurement of peptide degradation and VERY rarely something else might show up...

    MOTS-C is SPICY

I don't know if it's "normal" per se but it's definitely not a rare occurrence. Some peptides are known to burn or leave an ISR. What I found helped was diluting with more bac and applying pressure to injection site for about 10 minutes, preferably with a cold pack. I still had a red spot after...
  3. Too Much Skin - Send Help!

Thank you for that clarification. No ISRs for me thus far, thankfully. I guess I'll stop the pointless manual massages of the injection sites. Curious to see what this GLOW mix does for me over time. I'll post something after a few weeks either good, bad, or neutral, and hope others will...

Too Much Skin - Send Help!

Belly is good since I stopped injecting tirz there, for some reason tirz is better for me on the arms. You do three separate injections one for each peptide, I think I recall, I'll be mixing mine together, but she said if you can keep each injection under 5 units, shouldn't have any ISR -...

Why do people buy the 10mg vials of Tirz when there are 30mg available? Seems more economical to buy 30mg.

I get ISR with tirz + bac water so buy smaller vials that can be used all at once with sterile water.
  6. ISR when changing injection location

I had my first ISR after reconstituting my first vial of Tirz from Arctic on week 8. Was a bit freaked out, so the next week pinned a Mounjaro that I had saved. Same ISR, so went back to reconstituted. Had ISR for next 6 injections. Last 2 injections have been very minor ISR - almost none. Yippee!

    ISR when changing injection location

If even non tirz is hitting you hard maybe try changing the Bac.
  8. ISR when changing injection location

ISR and I have been close acquaintances for a while now. My first 2-3 injections were fine. However, all of my recent tirz injections and 50-75% of other SubQ injections have caused multiday redness/bumps/itchiness for me. I am cycling off non-tirz early and spacing tirz out a little more than I...
