I run a savio pen usually. I was at the end of a cartridge and the pen let me dial in 15 units. Shot that into a syringe and only got 10 units out. Put a new cartridge in and dialed it to the 25 units I still needed and it was spot on accurate. I was surprised how accurate actually. YMMV

It was all the rage about a year ago. Now I never see it brought up much. It’s all klow and glow. I stopped and restarted it mostly because I don’t love the 1ml injection but 🤷‍♂️ Curious if it’s just fallen out of fashion
