I'm curious about other tirzepatide maintainers. What protocol do you follow? How is it going for you? I lost 72 lbs in 7 months and have been maintaining for 6 months on 6mg every 8 days which is perfect for me. Finding my ideal dose protocol was difficult compared to actually losing the weight 😂
