    Getting started

    It was recommended to me when I started to take my dose between 3-7 pm. I don't know why that time was recommended but it's worked great for me

    Hello all Thanks for having me. I started w/ a weight loss clinic in July with Tz. I started doing my research and got connected through the Reddit community. Happy to be here without all the headache. I've lost 40lbs and have never felt better.
