It's a true testament to the miracle of GLP-1's and the benefits they can contribute to all of our lives, regardless of where we may be from!
I'm always grateful to see how warmly new members our welcomed to our forum, especially when I'm not always able to welcome them personally. This is especially true for new members from around the world for whom English may be a challenge.
As someone who has lived in multiple countries and speaks more than one language (albeit badly), I am deeply aware of the importance of establishing warm communication with folks who may not be fluent in English. This is surprisingly easy when meeting someone in person, as things like facial expressions, "hand talking" and other similar techniques can often overcome language barriers, but online it can be a lot more challenging. Please remember when interacting with our international members that there can often be simple misunderstandings due to language, and take a moment to see where someone is from when interacting with them here. Sometimes simple things like avoiding slang, abbreviations, and contractions can help enormously, and more than anything else a little patience and kindness goes a long way to bridging a language divide. GLP-1's are not as readily available in many parts of the world as they are here, so it can help to keep that in mind when communicating with someone who has no idea who Venmo is and doesn't have a plethora of vendors ready and able to ship to them.
Most importantly, from the bottom of my heart I appreciate everyone's continued warmth towards all members new and old, wherever they may be from, whatever they may believe, or any of the other diverse qualities they contribute to our little internet family. If there is one thing I have discovered about GLP-1's, it's that they have an amazing way of bringing together groups of people who might not otherwise have ever had any reason to meet. We all have a lot more in common than we realize, and it brings me great comfort to see the new friendships that begin here every day!
