87.7lbs down in 7 months. And honestly could have been way more if I wouldn't have started slowing it down myself. My mind is fucking blown and tirz is life changing shit.
I've hit the gym hard and put on some solid ass muscle (was already into the gym in my early 20s) and I'm in the best shape of my life. Had to slow the weight loss because I was melting so fast and wanted to keep my strength. You can see my high protein bulks starting in October in the chart.
Men. Hit the weights. Add the muscle. You'll look fuarkin joocy at the end. You can lose the weight and keep/add some muscle. I'm 100% proof. Hit it hard 5 days a week and pound the protein.
And I'm still melting. Definitely a super responder. December was actually my highest % of body weight loss in a month so far.
Currently on Amo tirz 15mg every 6 days. Was taking bioboost + 1ml weekly but haven't for awhile since they changed up the Groupon.
About to add lipoc, b12, and nad+ to my stack. I'm open to any other suggestions. Going to have my T checked soon but I think it's good honestly.
