Hi - so my journey so far: I started Zepbound over a year ago now (16 months), working up to the 10mg dose. I couldn’t keep up with the cost and when I was down 70lbs, I switched to the compounded version which I had good luck with, not as strong as the brand but it did its job. I started at 210lb and now sit at about 135lb. I’m 5’2” so I never hit my goal weight.
6 months ago I plateaued. Due to costs I decided to hold for a while, afraid of running out of meds, so I’m currently at 5mg a week. The good news is I’m steady at 135-138lbs.
Why I’m Here: I’m pleased with my weight loss but the side effects suck for me. I still get bad nausea with Tirz and I’m so drained all the time and bed rotting. I want to learn what else is out there and see if there’s a better long term fit for me. I want to see if others are struggling with energy like me and how you cope. I’m also just curious of other people’s journey. It’s been lonely.
