I guarantee the quality of all products I sell. If there are any quality problems, I will refund the customer in full or resend a new batch free of charge.
What is your policy on reshipping if there are customs or other delivery problems such as lost items/deliveries, items noted as delivered but items were never received, etc.?
Do you provide any guarantees to your customers?
We will reissue any package that is detained by customs or lost during transportation to the customer free of charge, except if the package is lost due to the customer not signing for it.
What is your expected time from order date to delivery to the customer?
10-15days(Different countries, different logistics channels, transport time is slightly different, subject to the actual)
How do you protect customer identity while the package is going through customs?
Please address both USA shipments and shipments to other countries.
Products are packaged in concealed packaging, often using dog food or cat food bags. The correct product name is not reported to customs. We have a special transportation company to handle customs clearance
Are there any countries that you do not ship to?
For particularly remote countries and countries with particularly strict customs.
