I decided to start adding KPV to my GLOW protocol and rather than keep it mixed separately I reconstituted it with 1ml of bac water and injected it into my vial of Glow to mix directly.

One thing I’ve immediately noticed with these injections is no more red welts and no more stinging - at all. Curious! But a welcome change because as much as I love the benefits of Glow, with daily injections it really made my abdomen a welt ridden mess. Im guessing it has to do with KPV being an anti inflammatory / it may have also balanced out the pH having them mixed rather than injecting the KPV separately

Adding extra bpv is supposed to help with that too, especially people who react strongly to the ghk-cu! I've heard amazing things about klow- seems to help with a lot.

Other suggestions: smaller doses in multiple places. Dilute to be less concentrated. Use lidocaine on injection site 10-15 minutes beforehand. I've also seen that topical Benadryl helps. Massaging the area after injections is also supposed to help.

Note: You can be allergic to to the copper in klow/glow! If you're having really really bad ISR, make sure you're not allergic! No one likes an ER visit. ❤️ I had gigantic red welts that took over a week to go away and now I'm coming up with a mix that omits the copper.

Yeah, so I must not like copper or something else in the mix because adding KPV did not prevent the water retention, inflammation I got when I just did the normal GLOW protocol. Last time I did GLOW, I got bloaty abdomen and my weight kept fluctuating 2 lbs. I thought adding KPV would help but it must not be enough. I do NAD+ which has been great for my skin anyway, so I am going to drop GLOW...going to stil try dosing .400mcg of KPV for the anti-inflammation and gut health benefits due to my chronic gut issues.
