Always get air bubbles sticking to the side of the syringe.

This is my way. Make sure you draw the syringe back (outside the vial) to your injection amount, push it in the vial then draw back to your amount. I always go maybe 1 mg more so I can mess with any bigger ones and then push to the required amount. AS mentioned, the little ones aren't a big deal. Draw slow, especially if using a small 30-31 needle.
 
I feel like it has to be due to the syringe. Maybe some syringes have a different texture inside. I have never had this issue with hundreds of syringes over the last year until I switched to the more popular needles instead of the generic ones I got from Amazon.

I just roll, flick, flip until I get those odd bubbles to merge together so, I can push them out. I guess a little air doesn't matter being subq.
