Especially for my wife not able to take tirz or reta.
and dont want to try sema.

any input would be appreciated
thanks.

Also
good vendor for such?

Well just put an order in with QSC, I'm sure not a lot of people are interested in this.
Transparent Red Top
$210/kit 10mg (10.72mg / 99.245%)
$10 shipping
Domestic/US

Vendor states, "Demand for Mazdutide is not very high"

If you don't mind us asking is their a reason Tirz and Reta aren't options?
TSH levels drop with Tirz, and Reta,
Patients had to terminate the treatment early into the course due to iatrogenic hyperthyroidism.
happens to some people
my wife had labs done, and it showed low TSH levels, the doctor was dumb and said "no its not the Tirz, it doesnt do that" wants to start her on methotrexate. WTF!
I told my wife they dont know shit and thats scary.

So i wanted to see if Maz does the same to the Thyroid. didnt see much, but im trying to dig more info for it.
I may start to stock pile maz just to have for her if it works out.

I'm definitely interested in both Maz and Survo. Keep us posted on this one. Innovent has two New Drug Applications submitted with the Chinese authorities currently, the Phase 3 studies there are looking impressive.

Sorry about your wife! And keep us informed re Maz! I'm looking at Maz for maintenance. And the doctors are often so dumb and know nothing!

Is that why some of us get so cold on Tirz, it yanks the thyroid hormones around a bit?

Started Tirz in in August and I just received my most recent blood test and my TSH was .723 ul and was .936 back in June. I specifically asked to have my TSH tested, my doctor had no plans to include it. .723 is within the "normal" range of .45-4.5 according to lab corp. T4, Free Direct was
I had my blood tested in June, started Tirz on 7/29 and just received my latest test results TSH went from .936 ul in June to .726 on 10/29. Still within the "normal" range but I intend to get tested every 3-6 months. I had to request this test from my doctor, she looked at me funny and said "ok, not sure why".

Free T4 was 1.62ng/DL which is on the upper end of the normal range of .82-1.77. It wasn't tested back in June. I need to research what the implications of high Free T4 are.

Free T4 should be tested as well as Free T3 if you have lots of of T4 and T3 circulating in your blood and your TSH is low then your in more of a hyperthyroidism situation if low Free T4 and high TSH your body is trying to signal that it needs to produce more T4 so it can convert it to T3
