No one even knows what happens when you take all of those medications together at the same time, much less adding test to it.
That being said, while being on tirz and then later reta, I have not had any issues with also being on TRT. My dosage is not at 200mg a week, however - I had been prescribed 100mg and recently was bumped up to 120mg. I don't like leaving just a little in the vial, though, so I'm going a bit over and probably sitting around 130mg. And plenty of bodybuilders are using GLP-1s to help them with their cutting while on significantly higher amounts.
Do you know your testosterone levels currently? Total and free? If you're already at a good spot in the range, you're likely just adding more injections and more things to look out for for no real benefit.
There are a variety of things you have to watch out for when taking exogenous testosterone so I would recommend doing it under the supervision of a doctor or clinic. If you're not going to do that, you do need to fairly regularly get your bloodwork done. You don't want to turn your blood into batter and have a stroke, and supraphysiological levels in general are linked to a variety of poorer health outcomes. You also will need to worry about aromatization into estrogen, which might mean needing to add additional AI medication to your rotation. If you are worried about fertility or testicle size, you'll need to add HCG. And if you decide to come off of it at a later date, it's no walk in the park, either.
200mg might or might not be quite a lot - some people end up above normal test levels at 100mg and would be way over at 200mg, some people barely hit the top of the normal range on 200. It will probably put you at least a bit over the normal range.
Health impacts worsen the higher over the normal range you go, so knowing how strongly you are responding to the dosage is important.
In general I wouldn't expect 200mg to turn you into an IFBB pro, so set expectations appropriately. If you are low you will see improvements, for sure, but the people doing it to really get shredded and pack on muscle are doing much higher doses and with additional AAS.
There's also forums with a lot more knowledgeable people that focus on this sort of thing - I'm no expert and none of this advice should be taken as me suggesting I am. It just is my understanding based on the learning I've done as someone on TRT myself.
