Anyone else have an issue with protein bars/shakes?

I’m on tirz currently at 5mg
My appetite is significantly reduced so in order to get enough protein in I’ve been doing a protein shake or protein bar as a meal..

It runs through me IMMEDIATELY. With an explosive vengeance. I made the mistake of drinking one in the car…. I nearly didnt make it to a restroom. I have in fact not made it when I was at home and it was occupied. I’m fine with anything else except oddly tomatoeszz . But I’ve tried a couple different kinds of protein bars and shakes with the same results.

I have not heard of anyone else having this problem.

How else do I keep my protein intake at sufficient levels???
 
Cook up or have protein ready, eat small amounts every 2 hrs. I use BB skinless chicken thighs. Also Low carb chocolate milk, yogurt and cottage cheese have more protein per serving. Hard boiled eggs, chicken and quail. Jerky ( I keep in the car) Beans into salad or put into broth and sip as liquid. Good luck.
