anyone else thirsty on reta?

I'm up to 3mg/week after titrating up from 1mg/week 6 weeks ago. I've noticed with each dose increase an significant increase in my thirst - anyone else? Alot more thirst than prior to this GLP.

I wasn’t particularly thirsty but I didn’t drink enough water when I titrated too quickly at one point and became dehydrated (according to my scale) and just how I felt.

Just started week 3. I felt so dehydrated these last few days water would not help. Went to Walmart this morning and bought a bunch of gatorade I feel alot better now

No I feel the opposite, I have to remember to drink. :-(

GLP medications generally reduce thirst. I have seen scientific papers mention it. I used to drink too much fluid, about 8 litres a day , which dropped in half from semaglutide and is the same on tirzepatide 15mg plus 4mg of reta.
It might be worth getting your blood sugar checked.

well, this only started after i began the reta.

I find I must regularly keep up with my electrolytes otherwise symptoms of dehydration surface- headaches, dizziness, restless leg shakes, even darker urine.

I feel the same way after 2 weeks-Thirsty but hydrating plenty.
