Finally jumped into the gray after months of research so I figured it was about time for an introduction. I started compounded semaglutide in February, F60 SW 210 CW198. Not my first rodeo in losing weight but stress and hormones made my tried and true methods completely useless. No amount of intermittent fasting, low/zero carb, calorie restriction, and exercise was helping. I've tolerated sema pretty well, but it has been slow going. With the recent changes making compounding more difficult, I set out to find an alternate solution. After three months of studying published research, this forum, discord, reddit, and telegram - I decided to give reta a go. Looking forward to putting my chemistry lab training and experience to use in the near future.

I want to give a big shout out to this forum - lurking here has been so helpful for me. Three months ago I was going to give it all up, but now I have a clear plan to get back to a healthy weight and lifestyle.
